It is said that it is bound and bound again and again released. The reason for making her listen is that the Bhikshuni made her listen from the teachings of the downfall. No matter how many times the bundle is bound and released again and again, it will become a downfall of abandonment. If a man of different gender who is neither male nor female has the power to serve such a partner, binding and releasing will completely constitute a violation. For those of the same gender, etc., a minor offense is committed. Here, the "bundle" mentioned is an example of the inner vagina, etc., and the outer labia, etc. Just as with an autonomous bundle, binding and releasing another's bundle will also completely constitute a violation, because it is the same as making her listen. In this regard, there is no object to be abandoned, so only the downfall should be confessed. The abandonment of binding and releasing has been explained. So, in what situation will the abandonment be constituted by possessing heavy clothes? Therefore, it is said that owning clothes worth one hundred taels of gold, etc., and clothes worth twenty karshapanas, etc. The so-called heavy clothes refer to those that are heavy in weight and heavy in value. These two situations will constitute a violation here. Among them, heavy in weight refers to one hundred taels of gold, etc. That is, the weight of the clothes is one hundred taels of gold, and the "etc." includes one hundred and one taels of gold and above, up to the end of countless weights. Heavy in value refers to clothes worth twenty karshapanas, etc. That is, the value of the clothes is twenty karshapanas, and the "etc." includes twenty-one karshapanas and above, up to the end of countless values. Owning such clothes will constitute a downfall of abandonment. This precept was established because Dharma-dana Bhikshu obtained a very valuable Lava gem from the market with a magic sword, and then he gave this gem to the plump woman, who wore this garment to beg for alms. Also, if any Bhikshuni possesses heavy clothes and priceless clothes, it will constitute a downfall of abandonment. If holding,

The way to distinguish is to say if one takes possession. Therefore, if taking possession becomes the actual act, what need is there to mention wearing? Because the root of wearing is cut off, taking possession is also prohibited. For the sake of exchange, taking possession does not incur a downfall. For the sake of selling, etc., taking possession must be completely abandoned. By what permissible means can one accept jewels, etc.? Regarding the permissible means mentioned, there is no fault in receiving them after blessing. Even if one wears what others have worn, and there is nothing to be abandoned, the fault will be fully complete. In both cases of weight and value, the word "etc." is mentioned so that the subsequent training rules can be understood in the same way. Among them, the "etc." of weight includes a small amount. The "etc." of value, as before, includes a large amount. The abandonment of wearing heavy clothes has been explained. So, in what case does wearing light clothes constitute abandonment? Therefore, it is said, "Limited to five srangs." Here, the so-called light clothes refer to clothes that are light in weight, such as five srangs in weight, etc. The word "etc." mentioned in the previous sutra should also be added here, that is, the word "etc." here should be understood to include a small amount, such as four, three, and two. By saying "limited," it should be understood to include the limit of clothes weighing one srang or immeasurable. Here, the sutra says that "light" means five srangs or less than five srangs. This prohibits Kashika fine cloth and silk, etc., from a weight of less than five srangs to immeasurable clothes. Here, light in value does not apply; there is no fault up to a value of twenty karshapanas. For example, if a woman wears good clothes, it will increase desire, so these two types of clothes are prohibited. The abandonment of wearing light clothes has been explained. All the abandonment offenses are completed, and the thirty-three abandonment offenses of the bhikkhunis have been explained.
