Having heard and if fearing because of that, then it is necessary to expel the Sangha or the individual, which means: For a person who constantly quarrels with everyone, and who opposes or is unfriendly to them, having heard that one or more quarrelsome people are coming, and if they fear that they will act as that basis speaks of, then at that time, through the act of moving and appeasing, whether it is the Sangha or the individual, the act of moving and appeasing should be expelled by mantra, and should be placed in its own nature. The mantra for expelling the Sangha is: Venerable Sangha, please listen. I, the monk named so-and-so, because of the moving, there are monks who quarrel, expose faults, fight, argue, and dispute, and I have heard that they will speak of this basis to me, they will remember, therefore I will again expel the moving in front of the venerable ones. When those opponents and unfriendly people come again, I will again accept the moving. Venerable Sangha, please accept me as abiding in my own nature. Recite three times, thus it is said. From the basis, the mantra for expelling the act of moving and so on, and appeasing and so on, should also be applied accordingly. The text of the mantra for expelling an individual is, requesting to say: The venerable Bhagavan said, if an enemy who is completely abiding comes, then he should indulge in the act of moving. How should he indulge in it? The attendant monk should place the Dharma garment on one shoulder, take off his shoes, squat in the Sangha of monks, and say this: I am a monk, an enemy monk who is completely abiding, I am named so-and-so, indulging in the act of moving, and again accepting. If I accept and practice again, then please do not consider me shameless, venerable ones. Recite in this way twice or three times. This is the method, it is good, thus it is said. After the enemy has left, it should be accepted again in the same way, that is

The practice of both moving and pleasing conduct. If one is free from fear, then one should immediately take it back, which means that if that contentious person has left and is free from fear, then in that monastery, the used moving and pleasing conduct should be taken back with mantras in front of the Sangha or an individual. The mantra for that is: Please listen, Sangha. I, a monk, named so-and-so, am practicing moving. I have heard that there are monks who are fighting, exposing shortcomings, quarreling, arguing, and debating. They will discuss me and hold grudges against me because of this matter. After hearing these words, I withdrew the moving in front of the monks, because those opponents and unfriendly people have returned, so I am taking back the moving again. I will do the days that are not yet completed for the moving. Please allow me to abide in peace, Sangha. It is said to recite it three times. Fundamentally, the mantras for taking back the practice of moving and pleasing, etc., should also be applied accordingly. The so-called "basis of conduct residing in another place" belongs to the category of Vinaya, which has already been explained. Now, in order to summarize the basis of conduct residing in another place, it is said: If moving and pleasing conduct, sleeping under the same cover with someone who naturally abides, then that day and night is cut off. It means that if the one who abides and the pleasing conduct, sleep in the same bed under the same cover with someone who naturally abides, then as long as it is the day and night of Halpa, it should not be counted as the time for moving and pleasing conduct, but should be cut off. Here, the scripture says that if the person who is doing the moving sleeps under the same cover with someone who naturally abides, then that day and night should not be counted as the practice of moving and pleasing conduct, but that day and night should be cut off for calculation. It is said that the same applies to pleasing conduct. The so-called "it is also the same outside the boundary" is also because the word "also" is said to follow after "sleeping cuts off that day and night." The so-called "it is also the same even if not said" is also for abiding and pleasing.
