How is it that one confesses again? O Char-ka, confess this transgression, confess separately, the perception of impermanence, the perception of suffering in impermanence, the perception of selflessness in suffering, the perception of disagreeableness in food, the perception of manifest displeasure in all the world, the perception of fault, the perception of abandonment, the perception of detachment from desire, the perception of cessation, the perception of death, the perception of ugliness, the perception of decomposition, the perception of putrefaction, the perception of swelling, the perception of being dissected, the perception of being eaten, the perception of being bloodied, the perception of being scattered, the perception of skeletal remains, the perception of individually realizing emptiness, are fit to become these. The first dhyana, the second, the third, the fourth, loving-kindness, compassion, joy, equanimity, the sphere of infinite space, the sphere of infinite consciousness, the sphere of nothingness, the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception, the fruit of stream-entry, the fruit of once-returning, the fruit of non-returning, the realm of miracles, the divine ear, the varieties of mind, former abodes, death and rebirth, birth, the supreme fruit of the Arhat, are fit to become these. O Char-ka, confess this transgression, confess separately, and know that one of the two destinies is your destination, namely, a god or a human. The Blessed One also said that the destination of those who do not conceal the consequences of their actions is twofold: a god or a human. Those who believe what has been said do not think of concealing it. It is also said: Concealment falls like rain; confession prevents it from falling like rain. Therefore, one should confess, so that it does not fall like rain. Thus it is. Venerable Char-ka, you have been expelled, so be diligent, it is said. When should praise be given? For that reason, immediately after speaking, one says, "Have you been expelled?" and answers, "Yes, I have been expelled." Without saying anything like this, it is accepted as it is.
