That is not supreme. Here, it is said that if the elders are tired of sorting out a large number of objects, if they are unwilling, then these objects should not be given to them against their will, but should be taken by the young people. The so-called "general aspect of the work" has already been explained regarding the general aspects arising from the occasion of requesting the basis of work, etc. Now, in order to collect the uncommon parts of the occasion of requesting the basis of work, etc., it is said, "Because it comes from appointment, without correction, one should not experience the work." "Coming from appointment" refers to those who create division in the Sangha and their followers, those who destroy families, and the remaining four Sanghas who cause displeasure, and those who do not abandon the aspect of sinful views, any sins arising from these faults, those who have not been corrected by confession and blessing, etc., should not experience the work together with the Sangha, and if they do, they will commit offenses. If someone knows that those who have not obtained permission have not been corrected, but still experience the work together with them, these people will also commit offenses. Except for performing the Posadha and Karma, it means that experiencing these two actions will not commit offenses. Here, the text is, from the perspective of distinction, if a Bhikshu experiences the work of petition, petition and two, petition and four, before confessing that root sin and without confessing individually, then in all cases he will commit offenses, this is what is said. "Dwelling in other boundaries is not even any part" means that the Sangha or individual dwelling in other boundaries is not even a part of any work, even if giving and receiving, etc. are done, it should be known as if it were not done. If one goes there, the part of the collective is lost, meaning that by intention, complete purity, and Karma, obtaining these from others, if one goes to other boundaries without speaking in the Sangha, then the so-called part of the collective, such as intention, complete purity, and Karma, is lost. Therefore, in order to avoid the fault of loss, one should accept intention, etc.

Therefore, precepts such as "one should not dwell in the sky" were established. Here, the text comes from the words of the Kathavatthu: Monks, if one has taken full ordination and goes to the sky above, should one say "I have gone" or should one say "I have not gone"? One should say "I have approached and carried it here," and then take the precepts again. Monks, if a monk who has taken pure precepts goes to the sky above, should one say "I have purely gone" or should one say "I have not purely gone"? One should say "I have approached and carried it here," and then take the precepts again. Thus it is said. It is also said in the inquiry that after taking pure precepts, if one dwells outside the boundary, should one say that the pure precepts are interrupted or should one say that they are not interrupted? The Blessed One instructed: One should say that they are interrupted. It should be known that what is excluded is that if one is brought back from outside the boundary out of fear, there is no fault. The saying "one foot in one place and the other foot in another place is dwelling in two places" means that if one foot is placed in one boundary and the other foot is placed in another boundary, then he is dwelling in those two boundaries. The saying "dwelling in all overlapping places is dwelling in the overlapping places" means that if one dwells on a substance that overlaps multiple boundaries, then he is dwelling in all the overlapping boundaries because the place where he dwells overlaps however many boundaries. The saying "if one promises to dwell in multiple places, that is a transgression" means that if someone places one foot in one place and the other foot in another place, or dwells in all overlapping places, and promises to dwell in retreat, then his promise to dwell in retreat is not without transgression, but is a transgression. The saying "it is reasonable not to occupy multiple dwellings" means that in a veiled way, if a monk dwelling in multiple boundaries occupies all the dwellings of the monasteries that belong to those boundaries, it is not unreasonable, but it is reasonable. Then, should he dwell in all the monasteries at the same time, or should he dwell as he pleases?
