Therefore, the reverence and respect shown by men is not appropriate for women of noble birth, and therefore it is not present among the nuns. The Sanghavasesa concerning the construction of monks' dwellings and monasteries, these two are beyond the power of the nuns to accomplish, so just as with men, such manifest attachment does not arise. Even if they were to have it done, they would not be the owners themselves, so men having it done cannot be like the Sangha, so these two are not established for the nuns either. Mediation, unfounded accusation, slight offense, causing dissension in the Sangha, siding with such a person, denigrating a family, and causing displeasure, these Sanghavasesas are similar to those of the monks, so here only the names will be established. Their nature has already been explained earlier in the section on the offenses of the monks. Taking anything that is not shared with the monks, causing anything to be taken, separating at night, separating during the day, entering a path, crossing water, expelling, taking the property of the dead, causing forgiveness to be asked, abandoning, quarreling, associating with women, and causing association with women, the nature of these Sanghavasesas of the nuns will be extensively explained here. Among them, in order to show those that are common and only have names established, it is said, "Mediation," etc. The characteristics of this Sanghavasesa offense, as previously explained, should also be understood to be the same for the nuns. In this section and the following sections, the phrase "this Dharma will initially lead to a downfall" is explained as meaning that it leads to a downfall according to the Sutra, the meaning of which is that merely practicing it becomes an offense, but it is not so if one repeatedly violates it and does not abandon it. "What will arise" means what arises from the downfall and is in accordance with it, and these are remediable, but the irreversible Parajikas are not, this is the concluding statement. Thus, it is also the distinction thereof.

It is said thus. Here, because of relying on the Bhikshuni, for the sake of relying on those slightly increased contents from the trivial ones, if a Bhikshuni praises a female householder, it is said to be a sthulakritya. If a Bhikshuni praises a female householder to another Bhikshuni and makes her truly accept it, it is a sthulakritya. After those harmed by afflictions understood, Sthulahlada spoke those words, therefore this was enacted. Because it is of the same nature as a matchmaker, it was said thus. The Bhikshus should also know that following this will also result in a sthulakritya. 'Also causing others to do prostitution', should also be connected to sthulakritya. If a Bhikshuni causes other women to do prostitution, it becomes a sthulakritya. The term 'prostitute' means 'compatible one', 'compatible' refers to the male sexual organ, because it is compatible, it is 'compatible one', that is, one who possesses what is compatible with it, that is, a prostitute. Some say that the term 'compatible' refers to the female sexual organ, and the one who possesses this is the 'compatible one', that is, a prostitute. 'Selling a female slave as a commodity is not beyond this range', meaning that a Bhikshuni renting out a female slave for sexual services in exchange for goods is not beyond what was stated as 'causing others to do prostitution', the meaning is the same, therefore it is also a sthulakritya. This is a summary statement. Because of reputation, it was briefly stated as 'causing others to do prostitution'. Like this, placing in the manner of selling goods is called 'selling a female slave as a commodity'. 'Causing others to do prostitution' refers to what is done by those who reside in one's own home. The Sanghavasesa of the matchmaker has been explained. Without basis. A little, refers to the characteristics of these two Sanghavasesas, as previously stated in the case of the Bhikshu, the Bhikshunis should also understand it as such. It should be known that there is a difference in everything.

Like a crow, the male is female. The so-called "that is male" should be understood as the male is female, and the female is male. That is, observe the female sign in the place of the male sign, and observe the male sign in the place of the female sign. This is a summary word. The two of baselessness and a little Sanghavasesa have been explained. If anything is accepted, will it become Sanghavasesa? Therefore, it is said that it is for possessing anything. If a Bhikshuni receives any reward from a man because of sexual intercourse, it will constitute Sanghavasesa. Therefore, "anything" is said at the place of origin. Here, "possessing" means accepting. It is also said in the distinction that possessing is accepting. If it is possessed because of what? Therefore, it is said that it is because the Bhikshuni becomes greedy. The Bhikshuni becomes greedy because of the desire for sexual intercourse. All the "becomes greedy" here and below should be understood as becoming greedy because of the desire for sexual intercourse. From where is it obtained? Therefore, it is said that it is from the man who has become greedy. If anything is obtained from a man who has become greedy. If it is not because of greed, it is a gross offense. If the Bhikshuni is not because of greed, and obtains anything from a man who has become greedy, it is a gross offense. If it is not because of greed, it is an evil deed. If the man is not because of greed, and the Bhikshuni is not because of greed, and obtains anything, it is an evil deed. Because it is said, "If it is not because of greed, it is an evil deed." These two, obtaining anything and the man becoming greedy, whether knowing, doubting, having or not having, if the Bhikshuni relies on what she possesses, then she will commit the sin as mentioned before. Because here, falling is established due to the fault of intention. In the realm of not knowing, the fault of intention will not arise. The Sangha of accepting anything
