It is good. The so-called "do this" refers to: medicine inserted into the nostrils. The order of medicines, indicated by the word "for example," is to illustrate other situations, so it is said that for medicine, raw meat should be consumed. Raw meat should be eaten. If one cannot eat it, then find a way. The so-called "if one cannot eat it, then find a way" refers to: for someone who cannot eat raw meat, find a way to make them eat it. The so-called "cover the eyes with cloth" refers to: cover the eyes with cloth, so that they do not know it is raw meat, and then feed it into their mouth, this is a method. The so-called "to prevent vomiting, fumigate with fragrance" refers to: to prevent vomiting, fumigate the raw meat with fragrant items such as cardamom, and then feed it to them. This is also a method. The so-called "if there are no meat scraps, place palatable food and drinks in front and then untie" refers to: if there are no scraps of raw meat, place palatable food and drinks in front, and then untie the cloth covering the eyes. This is also a method. The so-called "if it is for other purposes, then it is a grave offense" refers to: if the raw meat is not for medicinal purposes, but for other purposes, such as practicing secret mantras, etc., then it is a sanghadisesa offense belonging to the division of the sangha, which is a grave offense. Because this will make oneself a member of the ghosts. The so-called "human meat in all cases" refers to: whether it is for medicinal purposes or for non-medicinal purposes, as long as one eats human meat, it is a grave offense. Here, the scripture records: A wife of a householder named Great Assembly, cut off the meat from her thigh and said to the maidservant: 'Daughter, make this meat into broth and take it to a certain noble one and offer it to him.' From the offering onwards, the Blessed One said to the monks: 'Monks, this meat is inferior, because it is human meat. Therefore, monks should not eat human meat.' Eating it will incur a sanghadisesa offense.' This is what the Blessed One said. Even eating for medicinal purposes is rebuked by the Blessed One, therefore here it is summarized with "in all cases." The so-called "if one knows it is offered meat, do not eat it" refers to: if the meat offered by the donor for the eater is known by the eater through seeing, hearing, or suspecting that it is offered meat, then one should not eat that meat. Therefore,

Those that appear in the market, it is permitted for devout lay practitioners to buy suitable meat from butchers or the market to eat. The meaning of "tiger's testicles should not be eaten" is that if one knows it is tiger meat, it should not be eaten. Here, the treatise states, "Monks, tigers are those who hide rotten things, therefore monks should not eat the meat of tiger testicles." That is prohibited because it is dependent, therefore, even if one knows it is dependent and hidden by others, the meat should not be eaten. The meaning of "elephant, horse, and dragon meat should not be eaten" is that those meats should not be eaten. Single-hoofed animals, foxes, monkeys, woodpeckers, crows, vultures, cormorants, dogs, eagles, owls, and other birds that eat corpses, vultures, bats, frogs, mules, long worms, and insects should also not be eaten, meaning that if one knows those meats, they should not be eaten. Single-hoofed animals refer to horses, donkeys, mules, and wild asses, etc. Woodpeckers refer to woodpeckers among birds. Crows refer to jackdaws and crows. "Other birds that eat corpses" refers to, in general, including all birds that eat corpses other than those previously mentioned. Frogs refer to frogs that live in water and on land. Long worms refer to long worms that grow from the ground. "Insects" refers to other kinds of insects. The plural form "s" indicates that it also includes tree worms, insect fire, snakes, scorpions, centipedes, and mice, etc. Mentioning "insects" also includes lotus insects, etc. Here, the treatise asks, "Can monks eat lotus meat?" The attendant cannot eat it. Similarly, monks should not eat vulture meat. Nor should they eat crow meat, etc. In some treatises, it is mentioned, "Can the fat of insects be applied or not?" The Buddha said, "It should not be eaten, but it can be used to anoint the body in order to be free from disease." The giving and receiving of meat does not come from cutting off strength.
