The juice made from the juice of the eight fruits such as ཙོ་ཙ་ can be drunk at any time, whether sick or not. These are not the first either. The drinks that can be drunk in time appear in this way, and here, the drinks that can be drunk in time are not the first, but are in another state. 就像用粘土封堵非常容易破裂一样，像芦苇杆颜色一样的东西，无论在适当时节还是不适当时节，无论是病人还是非病人，都应该饮用，我对此不会后悔。如是说。像这样的人面前，受具足戒的同戒者不能触摸，意思是说，这样的事物就是这样的。像这样的人面前，是指用水浸泡等等的面前，或者没有用水浸泡等等的时候。那时，对于处理过的盐等等，受具足戒的同戒者是不能触摸的。像这样，触摸有两种方式：给予接受在前和给予接受不在前。其中，对于给予接受不在前的触摸，会因拿取私人物品的罪过而染污。因此，这里要遮止给予接受在前的触摸。如此教导说：饮品在没有用水浸泡，没有用粘土封堵，没有成为可饮用，没有变成碎片之前，受具足戒的同戒者不能事先给予接受。阿如拉等五种也是如此，意思是说，阿如拉、毗醯勒、诃梨勒、诃子、荜茇这五种也都是可以的，但不是最初的。这里，经文中说：五种果实无论在适当时节还是不适当时节，无论是否生病，都可以食用，哪五种呢？阿如拉、毗醯勒、诃梨勒、诃子、荜茇。如是说。红糖也是如此，意思是说，没有加持的红糖也都是可以的，但不是最初的。加持过的红糖，对于食用它的人，如在路上的行人、维那师和执事僧，就像病人一样。意思是说，加持过的红糖，如七日加持等等，对于食用它的人，就像病人无论在适当时节还是不适当时节都可以食用一样，在路上的行人、维那师和执事僧也可以食用。这是总结性的说法。即使食物短缺，也可以在不适当时节食用。

Just as it is very easy to break something sealed with clay, things that look like the color of reed stalks, whether it is the right time or not, whether it is a patient or not, should be drunk, and I will not regret this. Thus it is said. In front of such a person, one who has taken full ordination and is of the same precept cannot touch, meaning that such a thing is just like that. In front of such a person means in front of something that has been soaked in water, etc., or when it has not been soaked in water, etc. At that time, those processed salts, etc., cannot be touched by one who has taken full ordination and is of the same precept. Like this, there are two ways of touching: giving and receiving beforehand and not giving and receiving beforehand. Among them, touching without giving and receiving beforehand will be tainted by the fault of taking personal belongings. Therefore, here we should prevent touching with giving and receiving beforehand. It is taught like this: As long as the drink has not been soaked in water, has not been sealed with clay, has not become drinkable, and has not become fragments, one who has taken full ordination and is of the same precept should not give and receive beforehand. The five, such as Arura, are also like that, meaning that the five, Arura, Vibhitaka, Haritaki, Myrobalan, and Pippali, are all acceptable, but not the first. Here, the scripture says: The five fruits, whether it is the right time or not, whether one is sick or not, can be eaten, what are the five? Arura, Vibhitaka, Haritaki, Myrobalan, and Pippali. Thus it is said. Jaggery is also like that, meaning that unblessed jaggery is also acceptable, but not the first. For eating blessed jaggery, those who are on the road, the disciplinarian, and the attendants are just like patients. It means that just as a patient can eat blessed jaggery, such as seven-day blessed jaggery, at any time, whether it is the right time or not, those who are on the road, the disciplinarian, and the attendants can also eat it. This is a summary statement. Even if food is scarce, it can be eaten at an inappropriate time.
