It doesn't matter who completes it. Whether the initial and final blessings are completed, those who come after, having renounced and practiced like Brahma, have no rights. If they come when the blessing is not completed, then they have rights. First, dedicate merit for the benefit of the deceased, and then perform the blessing later. If the two blessings are performed without dedicating merit, then the blessing will not cause the later ones to lose their inheritance rights, nor will the blessing itself be established. If the blessing is performed after the dedication of merit, then the blessing will be established, and the later ones will also lose their inheritance rights. The mantra for blessing through supplication is: Venerable Sangha, please listen. Thus, here, if the monk Nye-ga passes away, if the time is right for the Sangha and it is permissible, please allow the Sangha. The Sangha will distribute the belongings of the deceased monk Nye-ga, blessing the deceased's belongings, including robes and non-robes, whether they exist or not. This is the supplication, it is said. Here, mentioning Nye-ga is merely according to the topic, but in actual practice, the name of the person whose belongings are to be blessed should be mentioned. In order to illustrate the initial and final blessings, giving some of them to the two, the elder and the newcomer of the Sangha, is called "that." "That" means from the belongings of the deceased. "Some" means some items. "Elder" means the one with the highest seat. "Newcomer" means the one sitting at the end, giving some items from the belongings of the deceased to these two is called the initial and final blessing. The text here is, selling an item, and then giving a little to the elder of the Sangha and the newcomer of the Sangha. Among them, the initial and final means that the elder of the Sangha is the initial, and the newcomer of the Sangha is the final, among the Sangha gathered in accordance with the Dharma at the place of the deceased's belongings, those two, the initial and the final.

If some items are taken from the deceased's belongings, then they are blessed by that very ritual. Another way is, the so-called "first" and "last" can also be indicated by one aspect and one word. "Last" refers to the last novice when counting in order from the elders; if counting in reverse order from the younger ones, then the elder is the last. In this way, both the elder and the novice can be called "last." The so-called "first" refers to counting in order from the elders, making the novice the last, then one item of the deceased's belongings must be given to him first, therefore he is the first; if counting in reverse order from the younger ones, making the elder the last, then one item of the deceased's belongings must also be given to him first. In this way, both the elder and the novice can be called "first." This is to bless with "first" and "last." Wherever there is something to be blessed, everything belonging to that area is blessed. It means that in the place where there is something to be blessed, the ordained ones belonging to that area bless that thing, that is, their things are to be blessed. Here, the place where the deceased is located is the cause. It means that from the deceased's belongings that need to be blessed, the place where the deceased is located is the cause. Because here, due to the deceased, the monks in that area cannot bless the deceased's belongings in other places. But the deceased's belongings of someone who died in another place, if they are in this area, then the monks in this area can bless them. The so-called "existing between boundaries, touched by the body or other things, however much it covers, belongs there," the so-called "between boundaries" refers to between one boundary and another. The existence of something to be blessed in those places is "existing between boundaries." For the deceased's belongings existing between boundaries, the deceased's belongings touched by the deceased's body, or by beds and low beds, etc., whatever the extent to which that thing to be blessed covers and pervades the boundary, the monks belonging to that boundary are blessed.
