"Also should not do" is the concluding remark. "Should not consecrate the same book" means: It is a cushion, therefore, it was previously said "at the first third below," indicating that it should be made into a book of one and a half. "Should hold the one with the cover for scabies" means: A monk should hold the one with the cover for scabies. "Should wash for five or six days" means: The cover for scabies should be washed for five or six days. "Silk cotton, cotton, Shana, and Parma are all acceptable" means: The Dharma garment itself and the remaining cloth, clothes made from those materials are all acceptable. "Not made into those and the clothes are not" means: Clothes that come from the wish-fulfilling tree, etc., and clothes that come from pine trees are not allowed, because in the 'Statement of Abandonment,' because the act of doing wrong itself is said to be within the category of what is not allowed. "Accepting those made of hair, naked ones, and owl sects also" also means: It should be added that "it is not allowed." Accepting those made of hair, accepting naked ones, and accepting owl sects are not allowed. Here, the scripture is what was asked by the Brahmin's daughter who is a Bhikshuni, the three heretical symbols: the naked one himself, the owl sect himself, and the hair of the Lapaba himself, if held, will commit a grave offense. Apart from these three heretical symbols, if other heretical symbols are held, a minor offense will be committed. Others, if they are held with correct acceptance as a prerequisite, will commit a grave offense. The "grave offense" among them refers to: For those who correctly accept those made of hair, naked ones, and owl sects, know that they will commit a grave offense belonging to the side of the Sangha's division. "Other demonstrations are that" means: Other heretical symbols other than those three, other demonstrations are not allowed, that is, committing the minor offense itself. Those who also hold with correct acceptance as a prerequisite will commit a grave offense, therefore, other correct acceptance other than taking correct acceptance as a vow

Since it is not done in advance, holding it is also not permissible, as that itself is committing a misdeed. Thus it is taught: If one explains any emblem of non-Buddhists, whether it is accepted in advance or not, holding those while considering them to be pure and liberated will become a grave offense. If there is no perception of purity and liberation, then the three, the hair-matted ones, the naked ones, and the owl-practitioners, are specifically stated as grave offenses. Therefore, for emblems of non-Buddhists other than these three, if there is no perception of purity and liberation, and they are held without prior acceptance, then all such holdings are misdeeds. Wearing hair shirts, wearing leaves, living with goat skins including lower and upper garments, living on coarse cloth, limb coverings, all blue clothes, things like banners, long fringes, matted hair, topknots, head wraps, goat hair shawls, yak wool felt, and saying "This is also a non-Buddhist emblem" are not permissible. A hair-shirt wearer means the ascetic practice of non-Buddhists who pluck their hair. A leaf-wearer means wearing leaves and bark, etc. Living with goat skins including lower and upper garments means the skin of a goat. Coarse cloth means coarse, rough cloth made from hemp. Limb coverings mean clothes like trousers. All blue clothes means that clothes dyed with indigo are prohibited, but all yellow and red clothes are not prohibited. Something like a banner means making the edge of the cloth long like the banner on a snake's head. A long fringe means an uncut edge of cloth. Matted hair should be understood as a form different from a cut tree branch, for example, just as the shape of a high boot is slightly different from the shape of a buckled boot. A topknot means a high topknot. A head wrap means a turban, etc., that is, a topknot wearer. A goat hair shawl means a shawl made of goat hair. Yak wool felt means felt made of yak wool.
