Furthermore, concerning the three types of placement previously shown, combined with the word "base" mentioned, it is called the four types of placement, that is, from the category of offenses, the so-called "edge," apart from the category of defeat, establishing and making prohibition and distinction of any other category, such as the Sanghavasesa, etc. Such prohibition and distinction should be recognized by the monks who have become the Sangha and by the monks who make the prohibition and distinction. How to recognize it? Therefore, venerable ones, we venerable ones must establish the base in any case, and not establish the person, and for this purpose we gather and dwell, it is not like this, but like this, the Blessed One has spoken the Uposatha for the sake of completely purifying the discipline, and has spoken the prohibition and distinction for the sake of completely purifying the Dharma, if you wish, then make the prohibition and distinction, so it is said. Venerable one, is the Tibetan word for venerable one. We, refers to the monks who have become the Sangha. In any case, is a synonym for "Ema". Establishing the base, refers to not making prohibition and distinction for any other offense other than the defeat in the five categories of offenses. Not establishing the person, refers to not making prohibition and distinction of that person who has committed an offense due to physical contact, etc. For this purpose, refers to the two purposes as shown above. Gathering, refers to gathering in one place. Dwelling, refers to sitting. Not, is denying that it is not like that. For the sake of completely purifying the discipline, the Uposatha is spoken, which means that if the Uposatha is done, it is called completely pure only if there is no fault. For the sake of completely purifying the Dharma, the prohibition and distinction is spoken, which means that if one truly enters into the telling, instruction, and following, etc., and is upright, then the Dharma of the mind and mental factors will be completely purified. If you wish, then make the prohibition and distinction, which means that if I am impure to the base belonging to the defeat

Thinking that there is no self, if you want to make an expulsion because there is no basis or person to establish, then make an expulsion! Those with life must establish a basis, and not establish a person, which is not necessary for us. In this way, those with life must be completely pure, this is the concluding statement. This is what is taught: It is not necessary for us to establish some basis here, because we, who have life, must establish a basis, and we are not gathered and abiding for the purpose of not establishing a person. In this way, those with life must be pure, so if you think that you do not have the complete impurity of the four defeats, then make an expulsion! It is not necessary for us to establish, so if you want to make an expulsion only for what is not established, then make an expulsion, this is the concluding statement. Establishing a person and not establishing a basis, and also establishing a basis and also establishing a person, the "oh" and so on, are also combined with the purpose of not gathering and abiding, etc. Those with dignity, we who have life must establish a person, and we are not gathered and abiding for the purpose of not establishing a basis. In this way, the Blessed One has spoken of the Uposatha for the sake of purifying the discipline, and has spoken of the expulsion for the sake of purifying the Dharma, so if you wish, make an expulsion, and those with life, we who have life must establish a basis and also establish a person, and we are not gathered and abiding for this purpose. In this way, the Blessed One has spoken of the Uposatha for the sake of purifying the discipline, and has spoken of the expulsion for the sake of purifying the Dharma, so if you wish, make an expulsion, combining the two sutra sentences in order. If it is promised, then establishing or denying the establishment, the promise will not be lost, that is to say, in this way, whichever basis or person or both are established and an expulsion is made, those are considered by the monks in the Sangha and the monks who make the expulsion.
