It should be entrusted. The meaning of "always also" is: Therefore, always recite, and it can also be entrusted by the Sangha. The meaning of "interruption, then by other monks" is: If the recitation is interrupted due to forgetting, etc., and there is no remainder, then it should be recited by other monks. The meaning of "If it is held in segments, however much can be completed, I will do it" is: If the monks each hold and recite the Pratimoksha Sutra, holding and reciting segment by segment from the mouth in five ways, then however many reciters can complete the recitation, those monks should follow and complete it, this is its summary. The meaning of "If accompanied by fear, because of greed for the beauty of the dwelling, one should not perform Uposatha in a place far from the village" is: If the place is accompanied by fear due to the harm of thieves, etc., because of greed for the beauty of dwellings like Lanka, Neruksing, etc., one should not perform Uposatha in a place far from the village, doing so is unreasonable. Here, mentioning Uposatha is just an example, other combinations of karma are also the same. The meaning of "If the fellow traveler does not wait, then it should be done while walking" is: If the fellow traveler on the road is unwilling to wait, the monks should perform Uposatha while walking, and if other methods cannot be completed, one should not doubt whether performing Uposatha while walking is reasonable. The scripture here is: When the monks were traveling with happy companions, they saw a green field and began to perform Uposatha there, but the companions had already gone far away, and they were still greedy for that green field, and as a result, they were robbed by thieves. The World Honored One therefore taught: Do not perform Uposatha because of greed for green fields, you should perform Uposatha near the village. When the monks were walking on the road with merchant companions, the monks said to the merchants: Good people, please wait a moment, we want to do Uposatha. They said: Holy ones, there is danger of thieves in this place, please come here, let's go and live in another place. The World Honored One therefore taught: Go.

It is said that the Posadha should be done in this way. If one does not want to make a sound, one should abbreviate it, which means that if there are travelers who do not want to make a sound in a place of fear, they should abbreviate the Posadha while walking in the place of the Bhikshus. If even that much is blessed, it means that if one does not want to make as much sound as will occur in the abbreviated Posadha, then the Bhikshus should bless the Posadha separately. In this way, there is no liberation from sound when doing Posadha together with other Bhikshus, therefore, one should bless it separately with the mind. If one sees that the faithful and the lords are happy, there is no fault in proclaiming the ritual accordingly, which means that there is no fault in a Bhikshu telling others the rituals performed by the Bhikshus. To whom should it be said? It is said to the faithful and the lords, that is, to the householders and the kings, etc. When should it be said? It is said that if one sees that they are happy, then one should say the ritual, which means that there is no fault in telling them what the Bhikshus have done and have not done. It is also permissible to do Posadha in front of them, which means that if one sees that the faithful and the lords are happy, there is no fault in doing Posadha in front of them. If one is lacking, one can also confess in front of a householder, which means that when one is lacking, one can also confess and repair the transgressions in front of a householder. This was originally said to thieves, but it is also permissible for other householders, so it is said in general here. Therefore, there is no fault in front of the agitated, etc., and the playful, etc., and those who have renounced but have not received full ordination. It is also permissible to recite the ritual to them, which means that when the householder is lacking, there is no fault in reciting the ritual of the training of the renunciates to them. It is also permissible to inform the king, which means that in order to inform the king, our teacher said this, such as this is forbidden, etc., the rituals performed and not performed by the renunciates.
