It should be known that this is a hopeless situation. If there are monks and nuns in the place, even if the Sangha is not there, it will not become negligent because of it. The so-called "feasible house is also," becomes negligent because of its absence. The word "also" shows that one can also become negligent due to work. The feasibility of a feasible house also becomes negligent due to its absence. The so-called "it is not permissible to surround a boundary with a boundary" means that within a fence where other boundaries have already been demarcated, it is not permissible to guide and divide with other boundaries. Even if the work has been completed, it is as if it has not been completed, because other places do not belong to the scope of other places. The so-called "Sangha, nuns' summer retreat places, and wells are permissible" means that for the realm of the three virtues, it is permissible to surround it with one outer boundary. The word "in" should be used with "in this realm," and should not be used with "therefore," because it is not appropriate to say "therefore" here, because for the Sangha and others, other boundaries do not belong to the scope of other boundaries. For the places of the Sangha and others, any boundary can be used to surround them, because the surroundings of the Sangha and others are boundaries, so they belong to the scope of boundaries. This is declared: Even if there are Sangha boundaries around the monastery of a monk, as well as nuns' summer retreat places and wells, a large boundary can be demarcated outside of them. The so-called "on one tree, there exist multiple ends below the boundary base" means that on one tree, there can be multiple ends below the four boundaries in the four directions. If all four boundaries have been measured, it is allowed. It is not definite for all situations, for example, if a tree is located in the center of the boundary measurement in each direction, then the end of the western boundary of the eastern person is also it, the end of the eastern boundary of the western person is also it, the end of the northern boundary of the southern person is also it, and the end of the southern boundary of the northern person is also it.

It is like abiding. The so-called "Here, what is permissible in name is only the characteristic" means that within this boundary, the characteristics of trees and other visible things that are permissible in worldly terms are self-characteristics, but non-humans and others that are beyond what can be expressed by names, although they are abiding, are not characteristics. The so-called "Illusions and magic are not like that either" means that the characteristics created by illusions and the characteristics created by magic are not characteristics that can be called names. The so-called "The light of the moon, sun, stars, and the waves of the sea are also not stable" means that the light of the moon, sun, and stars are not characteristics because they are unstable. Similarly, the waves of the sea crashing on the shore are also not characteristics because they are unstable. The so-called "Water at the boundary is the same as another boundary" means that within the boundary, if it is divided by water, it is the same as other boundaries, which are different boundaries because water is not a place. Within the defined boundary, as long as there is water, it is not the area of the boundary; once the water recedes, the previously defined boundary can become the boundary as before. The so-called "If it is interrupted in the middle, it is not the same" means that within the same boundary, if it is separated by water or other things, if neither side is connected, it is not the same boundary, and if it is determined, it will not become inconsistent. If one side is not connected to the other, the boundary cannot be defined at the same time. The so-called "If the bridge is stable, then it is the place" means that if the bridge is not washed away by water and is stable, then the opposite bank connected by it, if it also belongs to the defined boundary, is the place of the same boundary. Here, the scripture says that a monk should not cross the water boundary, nor should he approach it. It means that if the bridge is stable, it can be crossed. The so-called "If it is destroyed and rebuilt, then it follows it" means that if the bridge is destroyed and then repaired, it follows the boundary, that is, both sides separated by water will belong to the same boundary, which is the concluding remark.
