This is a synonym for the word "earth." Dress properly; lower your voice; do not look around; look like a yoke. The so-called "dressing properly" means covering the body with a lower skirt and upper garment, etc., and covering it evenly. The so-called "lowering the voice" means lowering the loud voice. The so-called "do not look around" means that the eyes should not be confused. The so-called "looking like a yoke" means that for those who have a way of looking like a yoke, it is looking like a yoke. Do not go to other people's houses in a posture that covers the head, that is, do not cover the head with cloth, etc. The so-called "do not roll up" means that you should not roll up the lower skirt as much as you can see "Maowo Ma." Therefore, even if you encounter disasters such as rain in normal times, do not roll up or change your lower skirt and Dharma clothes. Because of the obstacles of precepts, etc., you should do so. It is said that when the Six Groups of monks rolled up their lower skirts and went to other people's houses, Brahmins, lay people, and believers would ridicule them, saying, "These saints are like walking after defecating and urinating." The so-called "do not tilt" means that tilting the Dharma garment on the shoulder is called tilting. For monks, it is common to tilt the Dharma garment on the left shoulder, but in the Zada area, both shoulders are tilted. The so-called "do not cross in front of the neck" means that placing the right hand in front, placing it on the arm, shoulder, or neck, and then placing the left hand like the right hand is called crossing in front of the neck, do not cross like that. The so-called "do not cross behind the back" means that stretching the arms slightly or completely, crossing the hands behind the back or shoulders is called crossing behind the back. It is explained here that the hands are held together and the fingers are crossed behind the back, do not cross like that. Now: five ways of jumping, etc., five ways of the body, etc., nine ways of sitting, and eight ways of giving and receiving. The order of these will be explained.
