Now it is stealing, that is stealing livestock walking on its own. If it is necessary to lead with force or signal by making a sound, then even if it goes to a place where it disappears, it is not stealing. It is not stealing until it reaches a place without precautions or is not controlled. Mentioning livestock is just an example, here for people and other similar situations, it should also be argued in the same way. The scripture here is, if it is not in sight, it is called stealing. If mantras are used to lure treasures, etc., when is it considered stealing? Therefore, it is said that luring with mantras is when it appears. When mantras are used to lure treasures, etc., it is stealing when the treasures, etc., appear. It is explained in this way, if the treasures, etc., are still in their original place, but the opening, etc., appears, then at this time it is called stealing. If it is drawn from a very far place, even if it comes to the feet, as long as it does not appear, then it is not stealing, because there is no wisdom of accomplishment. If there are many thieves, and only one of them sees it, then at that time it is as if everyone has seen it. Like this, just like the indication for treasures, other similar stealing should also be argued in the same way. If one wants to steal by moving steps, etc., when is it considered stealing? Therefore, it is said that following behind and practicing, as well as crawling, spreading, expanding, entering, and climbing, are all the same as before, but what those two take is not. Saying "the same as before", before refers to, in the previous scripture it was said "luring with mantras is when it appears", before that scripture, both "separating from the group" and "disappearing" were said to be at the time of disappearing. Because that scripture has been shown before, it is called "before". Like the previous scripture, if it says "at the time of disappearing", then here it should also be combined with "if it disappears, then here it is also stealing". In that case, the meaning of the words here is like this.

arises, it is stolen in the state of invisibility. What is in the state of invisibility? Therefore, it is said, the two, following and accomplishing. Following means following after, and offering robes and so on, these two. By what means are these two stolen in the state of invisibility? Therefore, it is said, by retreating and disappearing, etc., not taken by these two. The object taken by the two, following and accomplishing, is not stolen in the state of invisibility, because at that time, although the thought of stealing that object has arisen in these two, at that time, it has not yet exceeded the boundary of moving from its place. Thus, only at the time when the first step is retracted, the object is placed under the armpit, and it becomes stolen, because that object has become invisible. If so, it is not considered so, therefore, the two, following and accomplishing, are stolen in the state of invisibility, but the object taken by these two is not stolen in the state of invisibility. The meaning of the words of the method by which these two become invisible should be explained. Retreating means moving the steps backward and retreating backward. Disappearing means hiding backward, retreating backward from the owner of the object. It should also be understood that making it invisible at that moment with mantras and medicines, or transforming it into another shape, etc., are also included in this. Wandering means abandoning the place, such as moving from a low place to a high place, descending from a high place to a low place, entering a dense place from an obvious place, going from a dense place to an obvious place, from a house to a courtyard, from a courtyard to a house, and climbing from one roof to another, descending from one roof to another, entering the gatehouse from the courtyard, going from the gatehouse to an open space inside and outside, etc. All of these are included in the word wandering. Entering means entering the house. Climbing means climbing to another roof. It is shown in this way that the followers with retreating, etc.
