In summary, what has been said is summarized: When a color changes from one color to another different color, that is another color, that is another boundary. The so-called "intermediate boundary" is a summary of the word "boundary," and it summarizes things that have intermediate boundaries, such as doors, walls, and fences. The so-called "obstacle" is a summary of ridges in fields, etc. Like this, although both sides of a ridge belong to the same area, it becomes a boundary because there is a barrier between the two parts of the ground on which these two sides are located. If the excavated pit is completely filled, it is said to be one direction. If the pit is not filled, but is blocked by soil, or blocked by a wall, or blocked by a fence, then these should be said to be different directions, and all of these are summarized by the word "obstacle." To dispel the doubt that an animal's body is a whole, so the obstacle is also a whole, it is said that "for animals, things that can be distinguished, such as ribs, are obstacles," that is, for animals, ribs, etc., can be distinguished, so it should be recognized that they exist as different obstacles. The so-called "etc." summarizes the barriers between teeth and noses, etc. Therefore, if a rib moves from one side to another different rib that can be distinguished, it can be said to be theft. To dispel the doubt that for things like land covered by grass, etc., the land is the foundation, so it is the location, while the covering is not the location, it is said that "laying a mat is the location," that is, if a mat of grass, etc., is laid on the foundation of land, etc., then the mat of grass, etc., itself is the substance located there, so it is the location. Land, etc., is not the location because it is blocked by the mat. The so-called "growth is like placement" means that the growth of grass and moss, as well as trees and forests, etc., is like merely moving a placed object is said to be theft, growth is also called theft merely by moving from a location, not merely by pulling out from the root.

It is not, it should be taken away completely like this. Here the scripture says that if a monk uproots a flower tree, he will commit a sin until he steals it. From stealing to moving the position is called stealing, and the value of the flower tree should be calculated. If bracelets and other ornaments are worn on the arms and other limbs, how should it be established as stealing because of confusion? Therefore, it is said that "wearing is stealing", that is, the items worn on the arms and other parts, taking them off is stealing. When the items worn, tied, worn, and distributed on the arms and other limbs are taken off, untied, and separated from the limbs, it should be known that it is stealing. Here the scripture says that if a monk is decorated with various ornaments, and through his actions rises from the bed and moves from one place to another, it is called stealing and so on. Here, moving from one place to another should be understood as taking off. Otherwise, the ornaments worn on the arms and other parts, moving on the arms, or can be moved to the wrist, but cannot be taken off, how can it become stealing just by moving the position? Therefore, taking it off from the arms and other parts is stealing. How can the toll gate be stolen because it is in its own position? Therefore, it is said that "the toll gate has exceeded the ground" and it is connected with stealing. The position of the toll gate is expressed here by the word "ground", and exceeding the ground means that the toll gate exceeding that place is exceeding. How long does it take to enter the position where the toll gate is not paid, and the toll gate must be paid, that place is the position of the toll gate, it should be known, and it is called the toll gate here. In this way, the meaning of the word here is this: the item of the toll gate arrives at the toll gate position where the toll gate must be paid, and if the toll gate position is exceeded without paying the toll gate, it is stealing the toll gate. Like this, even if the place where the toll gate must be paid is exceeded, only the amount of the toll gate is stolen, not the others. The sentence "exceeded that ground" is said.

Therefore, it should be understood that all cases of transferring from one place to another are also included here. For example, riding elephants, horses, etc., and methods of transferring by tying one's own body's legs, feet, etc., bows and arrows, etc., even if it exceeds the place where "Shogam" needs to be measured, it only exceeds the position of "Shogam." If it belongs to the place of "Shogam," then if it goes to the position of "Shogam" where "Shogam" needs to be measured, and then returns or temporarily evades and leaves, then it should be combined with the local law. For example, if that place has a law that even if it returns, it needs to be measured, then it will definitely exceed. If there is a law that it does not need to be measured when returning, then it will not exceed. If a person has the ability to walk, etc., then how can this be considered theft? Therefore, for a person, if there is an agreement, then it is said, "Then it is established." There are many kinds of stealing people, such as being taken away unwillingly, being stolen by others, and being stolen by intimidation, etc. These are not considered in this sutra. Here, it is considered "if there is an agreement," if there is an agreement to steal a person, then the agreement being established is theft. It is taught like this: if there is an agreement to steal, then at the time when the agreement is established, it should be said that this person has been stolen. Like this, the three ways of stealing people mentioned in the scriptures, namely, region, sign, and agreement stealing, here only "agreement" is mentioned, and it should be understood that the previous two are also included. Here, it is considered that stealing a person is voluntarily following and has been promised, so all such stealing is agreed upon in advance. Among them, region refers to places such as gatherings. Signs refer to examining hair and beard, cutting them short and not yet growing long, etc. Agreement refers to morning, etc. The word "agreement" in the sutra is considered to have added "འདན་ཚབ་", for example, when you see me like this, you come to me, etc. When the agreement is established, it should be known that this person has been stolen. If secret mantra...
