Having said, "It is of two that have been separated," that which should be approached and that which can be approached refers to the mouth, the path of feces, the female organ, and the male organ, whichever is appropriate, that which should be approached and that which can be approached. Having said, "It is of two that have been separated from the body," it refers to those that others should approach that have been separated from the body, and that one can approach oneself that have not been separated from the body, and those that oneself and others can approach that have been separated from the body, and those that oneself should approach that have not been separated from the body, and that others can approach that have been separated from the body, and that oneself should approach those that have not been separated from the body, whether simultaneously or gradually, mutually combining, this is indeed in terms of the gross. Thus it was taught: If a bhikshu, with those that others should approach, such as the mouth, the path of feces, and the base of the female organ, etc., that have been separated from the body, oneself can approach, combining the male organ, this is indeed in terms of the gross. If oneself and others can approach, having cut off the male organ, etc., those that have been separated from the body, oneself should approach, combining with the mouth and the path of feces, this is indeed in terms of the gross. If a bhikshuni, with those that others can approach, having cut off the male organ, etc., that have been separated from the body, oneself should approach, combining with the mouth, the path of feces, and the female organ, etc., this is indeed in terms of the gross, this is the concluding statement. Whether that which should be approached and that which can be approached, these two, are separated from the body of another or not separated, this is taught from the perspective of the lower sutras. If one combines the other two with the two of another, it means that, having said "the other two also," the word "also" indicates that, in addition to the previously mentioned "that which should be approached and that which can be approached, it is of two that have been separated from the body," the other two that have not been separated from the body, and the two that have been separated from the body, are also combined as before. "With the two of another" refers to that which others, men, women, and hermaphrodites, should approach and that which can be approached, whichever is appropriate, are two. "Combining elsewhere" refers to that which should be approached.
