The term "should be placed" refers to: a monk who has become a member of the Sangha is placed in what appears to be the category of listeners. Who? Therefore, it is said "that," referring to one who desires full ordination. When? Because it is called "prohibition," in order not to hear the secret display of the appointment of the teacher, when prohibiting, that person should be placed separately from the Sangha. How should it be placed? Therefore, it is said, "Place with palms together facing the Sangha." Whoever desires full ordination, whoever faces the Sangha is the one facing the Sangha; whoever joins their palms is the one joining their palms. One who desires full ordination should be placed in this way, which means that it cannot be done before being separated from the Sangha. The term "should not tell a householder about the dwelling" means: one should not tell that householder about the dwelling, this is to completely avoid obstacles to ordination. Here, the scripture says that one should not tell a householder about the dwelling until they have become ordained. The term "should not tell one who has just received full ordination" means: one should not tell about the dwelling immediately after receiving full ordination, which means that at any time, immediately after receiving full ordination, the minds will be in harmony, so it is allowed. Here, the scripture is that a Brahmin's son, after being ordained and receiving full ordination, was told by the teacher after a while, "Go for alms." After being told, he thought, "I am tired of begging, even if I am ordained, do I have to beg?" So he reported his learning and felt unhappy. The Blessed One then taught, "One should immediately tell the dwelling to one who has just received full ordination." The term "should not stay for the Uposatha and vow to stay in a place where there is no dwelling" means: in a monastery where there is no dwelling, one should not stay for the future Uposatha, nor should one vow to stay for the future rains retreat. If one has vowed to stay and later it becomes a place without a dwelling, what should be done at that time? Therefore, it is said that the previous vow to stay
