Those who, even with slight exertion, will have problems such as shortness of breath, are called those who are easily tired in the future. Fatigue is a type of decline, so it is expressed by saying "even a little work cannot be tolerated." 'There are four types of flesh color' means: flesh color that is too blue, flesh color that is too yellow, flesh color that is too white, and red. Those flesh colors that should be degraded are forbidden, but not including beautiful bodies such as those of the gods. 'Lame' refers to those who are lame. Or those who drag their feet on the ground as they walk. Those whose two feet are too far apart as they walk are those whose bodies are weakened. Or those whose two feet are placed one on top of the other as they walk are also those whose bodies are weakened. Such prohibitions should also be carefully observed. ' This means that not only prohibitions such as having a severed arm should be carefully observed, but also prohibitions such as having yellow hair should be carefully observed. Thus, for the time being, they should not be ordained, they should not receive full ordination, after teaching this. Now, in order to explain that even if they have been ordained and received full ordination, they should not be accepted, it is said: 'Those who have defects in lineage and body should not be allowed to be close.' Those who have defects in lineage are those such as shoemakers who should not eat together. There are two types of defects in the body: from shape and from color. Among them, defects from shape are severed arms and so on. Defects from color are bodies with scars and so on. These are not only forbidden from giving lodging here, but also giving opportunities in places such as lodgings, and being a retinue of followers, and being established as a follower practitioner, etc., are also forbidden. As it is also said in the scriptures: 'A bhikshu should not allow a rebuked retinue to be close, if he becomes close, he will commit a serious offense.'
