Those tormented by wild animals. Those who are tormented by the road because they walk too much on the road. The so-called "Ya Za Ma Lug" refers to: those who cannot digest whatever they eat and excrete downwards. Others say: Those whose feet are damaged by iron chains, even if they are freed from the iron chains, walk as if they are still bound, this is called "liberation from bondage." Among them, the first refers to food, etc., flowing downwards, that is "Ya Za Ma Lug." The latter case refers to being freed from the bondage of iron chains, so it is called "liberation from bondage." Or, even if liberated, it is as if put in iron chains, because the feet limp, so it is called "limping liberation." The so-called "Ta Gampa" refers to: those who have not yet matured, but are weakened by diseases, etc., and cannot do anything like the aged, their youth has declined from birth, that is its meaning. The so-called "such" refers to: such a form. The so-called "people" refers to: disabled people with amputated arms, etc. The so-called "great sage" refers to: one who is both a sage and a great person, so it is a great sage, referring to him. The so-called "prohibition" refers to: prohibiting ordination and full upasampada. The so-called "beauty of ordination" refers to: eliminating defects in lineage and body. The so-called "completely pure full upasampada" refers to: eliminating obstacles such as not killing. The so-called "perfect enlightenment" refers to: because it is the perfectly enlightened Buddha, it refers to him. The so-called "completely knowing" refers to: because he completely knows all things. The so-called "by the true name" refers to: whatever name is true, that is the true name, referring to the perfectly enlightened one. The so-called "bestowed teachings" means spoke. This is the concluding chapter, the foundation of ordination is complete. Now, we must summarize what is said from the subtle points, etc., of the chapter on the foundation of ordination, that is, the king's service. The so-called "king's service" refers to: the king's service combined with service. For the king's service, in general, ordination is prohibited, now in order to specify, the king

Saying "Not permitted, the country is not far," etc. Thus, the meaning of the words here is: For those who come for ordination, isn't it forbidden by the king? It should be asked in this way, and those who receive full ordination should also ask: Those forbidden by the king, those not permitted by the king, those whose country is not far, they should not be allowed to ordain or receive full ordination. In which country, which king's command is public, or not invalidated by transmission, then here the country is not far. Saying "To employ, known as thieves," etc. "To employ" means to dominate, so it will follow the previous sutra's saying of "to employ." Again, saying "to employ" means to expel from the place where the king does not allow the country to be not far. For those who come for ordination, aren't they known as thieves? It should be asked in this way, and those who receive full ordination should also ask: Those known as thieves should not be allowed to ordain or receive full ordination, it should be said in this way. Completely knowing is a thief, that is, the name, whoever completely knows, that person is famous there, otherwise it is not. Saying "Shoemakers, Chandalas, Rong people, and similar people should not be allowed to ordain," etc. "Shoemaker" refers to a leather craftsman. "Chandala" refers to a person of low caste. "Rong people" refers to barbarians. "Similar people" refers to those who do not eat leftovers. These people are forbidden from ordination, so it should be known that it is absolutely forbidden for novices and others. Wanting to explain other physical defects besides the physical defects mentioned earlier, so saying "Amputated hands, etc., are examples." On the basis of ordination, saying "Amputated hands, etc., and amputated feet, etc.," what is said is an example, and it should also be known that hair is yellow, etc., but not all are listed. In order to explain what is included in the example: Hair is yellow, hair is gray-yellow, Similarly, hair is green, People's hair is white, Hairless like elephant hair, Head with lumps, like an elephant.
