Having said, "This is indeed rejoicing." If the almsgiver who comes out carrying food, if the Bhikshu does not speak, or refuses saying, "I do not need this," if at that time he asks, "Then what do you want?" asking in that way is rejoicing. The transgression of asking for merit has been explained. Now, intending to speak of the transgression of using water with living beings, he said, "Regarding the two things of using oneself and causing others to use." Using oneself personally is using oneself. That itself is the meaning, its object is that itself. Regarding the two, oneself entering and causing others to enter. Thus it is shown: For one's own purpose, using water with living beings, etc., oneself entering and causing others to enter, for the purpose of using oneself, the transgression of oneself entering and causing others to enter, is primarily based on cognition. For the purpose of others using, oneself entering and causing others to enter, those two are the transgression of using with living beings as mentioned before, which is primarily based on cognition. It should be connected as such. To know, the meaning of "chief" is that here also, the name "knowing chief" and the name "primarily based on cognition" are used to connect. If asked, for what is it primarily based on cognition? Therefore, it is said, "For the very being with living beings." Water, etc., that which enters together with living beings is with living beings. Its object is that itself. Recognizing there in the very being with living beings is the doer of this transgression. If water, etc., is also the very being with living beings, and the Bhikshu, knowing that, uses it, he will commit this transgression. This is the summary. If asked, what is the very being with living beings? Therefore, it is said that water, ghee, oil, honey, molasses, milk, yogurt, butter, salt, grain heat, yogurt water, coarse grain, fruit, and things to be prepared, etc., if closely used

Having said "Oh," water, melted butter, grain oil, honey, sugar cane foam, milk, yogurt, butter, salt, grain residue, yogurt water, female roots, fruits, and things that need to be prepared, etc., are all related to sentient beings. If those things that need to be used are sentient beings, then what kind of sentient beings are considered sentient beings? Therefore, it is said, "For those that are visible." Whatever can be seen is visible. Therefore, they are related to sentient beings, while the invisible are not related to sentient beings. When is the use of things related to sentient beings the author of this transgression? Therefore, it is said, "At the time of death," that is, the second moment when the life force of sentient beings ceases. If many sentient beings die, is it still only the author of one transgression? Therefore, it is said, "Each sentient being," that is, as many sentient beings as are born in the animal realm, if their lives are cut off through some action, then it will only become the cause of downfall for that corresponding number, this entity is certain. Action does not depend on intention, even if one intention leads to the death of many beings, it is only one action's transgression. If the intention is to kill as many sentient beings as are killed, then the actions will also change accordingly. Therefore, as many intentions as there are, there will be as many transgressions of action. Use, that is, the physical close use, this is the physical close use, this is to explain the use from the perspective of definition. Now, in order to explain the use from the perspective of essence, it is said, "For example, bathing, drinking, discarding toothpicks, washing hands and feet." For example, this is to indicate. Bathing, drinking, discarding toothpicks, washing hands and feet, these physical close uses are the essence of use. Whatever is related to the implements of the body, it should be known that that is only the physical close use.
