Therefore, the accumulation and so on are the same. The śrāmaṇerikā who does not possess the excellent precepts, and the bhikṣuṇī who possesses the excellent precepts, and the śikṣamāṇā's accumulation and so on, are not the same. Here, the scripture says that what the bhikṣuṇī and the śikṣamāṇā accumulate is what the śrāmaṇerikā accumulates. What the śrāmaṇerikā accumulates, those two do not accumulate, that is what is said. Because it is said, "Those who are equal in precepts are the same," in order to eliminate the fault that men and women also become the same, it is said that men and women are like each other's householders. For example, what householders hold, give and take, and accumulate, is not the same as what bhikṣus and others hold, receive, give and take, and accumulate. Similarly, what the bhikṣuṇī does is not the bhikṣu's and the śikṣamāṇā's receiving, giving and taking, and accumulating. What the bhikṣu does is not what the bhikṣuṇī, the śikṣamāṇā, and the śrāmaṇerikās do. The śrāmaṇeras commit offenses from touching it to hiding it, it is the same. The so-called "śrāmaṇeras" refers to the śrāmaṇera and the śrāmaṇerikā. The so-called "their" refers to the food and so on that the śrāmaṇera and the śrāmaṇerikā possess. The so-called "from touching it to hiding it" refers to the contact of the bhikṣu from touching to the nature of hiding. The so-called "committing an offense is the same" means that the bhikṣu committing an offense should also be understood like the śrāmaṇera. For example, the bhikṣu's food, the śrāmaṇeras touching, receiving, etc., do not commit an offense, similarly, the śrāmaṇera's food, the bhikṣus touching also do not commit an offense, receiving, etc., also do not commit an offense. What the śrāmaṇera possesses, even if it is hidden by the bhikṣu, will not make the bhikṣu himself and other bhikṣus unsuitable. What the śrāmaṇerikā possesses, even if it is hidden by the bhikṣuṇī, will not make the śrāmaṇe

I (ང་, nga) and other nuns, what is unsuitable, will not become unsuitable, that is the meaning. Giving with expectation is not giving, meaning: taking things in hand, etc., also wanting to take them back, giving with this expectation in mind, is not giving, because it is not giving completely from the heart. Giving without expectation, if there is expectation, is only half, meaning: taking things in hand, etc., giving without expectation, if there is still expectation, after receiving and eating, it is only half, meaning that a prank has been committed. Therefore, do not take it back, meaning: because things taken in hand, etc., are given with a heart without expectation, and then asked back with a heart with expectation, it will become a prank, therefore do not ask back for the sake of eating, if you ask back again, the expectation of not eating will arise. Do not take knowingly, meaning: because things given without expectation, if knowingly taken back, will become with expectation, if you do not know it will not change, therefore do not take knowingly, if you take without knowing, there is no sin. For the same reason, stored things, things taken in hand, things that stay overnight inside, things cooked inside, things cooked by monks, etc., if you give them to others completely from the heart according to what is said, you will be free from the state of being unsuitable, therefore there is no sin in eating them. Here, the scripture says that if a monk temporarily gives food to Kunga Rawa or a novice monk, and the two of them return the food to him, can he eat it? If you have not thought about it beforehand, you can eat it. Can you ask for it back? There will be no minor offense, that's what it says. If you haven't thought about it beforehand, it means you haven't thought about getting it.

Therefore, touching it does not become inappropriate. Similarly, touching it to load harvested rice and other things into granaries and other places does not become inappropriate either. Why is it always like this? Therefore, it is said, "If such conditions exist." If such conditions exist, such as the conditions that cause decay are approaching, or the unfinished preparations are not completed, or there are no other things to fill, etc. The so-called "For vehicles, only the driver's seat is excluded" should be understood as all of these are related to "If such conditions exist." Do not touch vehicles loaded with food. If such conditions exist, then only the vehicle other than the driver's seat should be touched. Merely touching the vehicle itself does not make the food inside the vehicle inappropriate. The so-called "The same is true for the filled ones," because for vehicles filled with rice and other things, if such conditions exist, they cannot be touched either, then only the driver's seat can be touched. The so-called "The same is true for other patients," for vehicles that are empty of food, when patients ride and cross over, if the bhikkhu has conditions that cannot be touched, then only the driver's seat can be touched. The so-called "Boats can only be the rudder," for boats loaded with food, and boats filled with rice and other things, and boats with patients on board, if the bhikkhu has conditions that cannot be touched, then the boat can only be the rudder. Non-patients can also ride on the boat, and the same principle applies to this situation as well. The so-called "Also the seat holding the rudder," for boats loaded with food, and boats filled with rice and other things, and boats with patients and non-patients on board, if the bhikkhu has conditions that cannot be touched, then the boat can only be the seat holding the rudder. If the bhikkhu touches the driver's seat and the seat holding the rudder, then the vehicle and the boat cannot be repaired, therefore, even if the bhikkhu has such conditions, touching them is prohibited.
