Even if one teaches nuns without being appointed by the Sangha, there is no fault, this is the concluding statement. Here, the text is from the Pratimoksha Sutra, which says, "Except for those who possess such a Dharma." What, if followed, would cause teaching without appointment to become a cause of downfall? Therefore, if those who are appointed do not possess one of those qualities, or if an unappointed bhikkhu teaches a bhikkhuni, then such is said. If a bhikkhu is appointed by the Sangha but does not possess one of the conditions mentioned above, or if a bhikkhu is not appointed by the Sangha, whether or not he possesses the conditions mentioned above, if he teaches a bhikkhuni, it will constitute a cause of downfall for teaching without appointment. One who was previously appointed is not unappointed, meaning: if a bhikkhu was previously appointed by the Sangha as a teacher of bhikkhunis, then he is not unappointed, because he has already been appointed, and one appointment allows him to teach bhikkhunis for life. The text here is: Venerable, if someone has once been appointed as a teacher of bhikkhunis, is it necessary to appoint him again at another time? Or can he teach without being appointed? Close one, the teaching should be done by the one who has been appointed. This is what the text says. Some texts here also say: One appointment allows teaching for life, and there is no need to appoint repeatedly. When requesting Dharma teaching, it is also said in this way. The text here is: When a bhikkhuni requests Dharma teaching, are there any situations where it does not lead to downfall? Yes, that is when it has been requested before. If the Sangha has not stood up, and one requests from a suitable person, there is no fault, meaning: In a place where the Sangha has not stood up, if the Sangha has not stood up, and there is a bhikkhu who is suitable as a teacher of bhikkhunis, who has not experienced defeat, etc., and possesses various qualities. If he has not been appointed as a teacher of bhikkhunis, and the bhikkhunis request him, then a bhikkhu who possesses such special qualities teaching the bhikkhunis, there is no fault, this is the concluding statement. It is also the same for those, meaning: Which bhikkhu do the bhikkhunis request
