It should be turned over. Here, the rule is that if the ground is oily and sweet, then the bedding should be turned over every day. However, if the ground is not oily and sweet, then it should be turned over every half month, it is said. In damp places, bundles of grass should be tied with ropes and hung on trees, which means that in damp places, on the bedding spread on the ground, bundles of grass should be tied with ropes and hung on trees. It should be placed on heavy earthenware, which means that heavy materials such as clay, pots, etc., should be placed on the earthenware in the damp area. From "when rising from the dwelling" up to "has been said before," this means that previously in the sutra it was said, "When rising from the dwelling, if one does not want to encounter misfortune, one should tidy up the dwelling," up to that point, everything that pertains to the training rules of the dwelling, whatever is related to that training rule, whatever has been said above, should be understood as appropriately applied to this training rule of bedding. Among them, mentioning beds, etc., should not be applied here. Like this, mentioning "within forty-nine bow-lengths is its danger zone," etc., should also be applied similarly here. Just as in the training rules of the dwelling, even if a monk resides, if it is not entrusted, except for similar circumstances, it is a downfall, the extensive training rules concerning the downfall that are spoken of should also be understood as similarly applied to this training rule of bedding. Using together, the usage is the same, which means that if used together, then just like being abandoned by everyone, etc., the practice is the same. Just as in the case of the dwelling, if two people use it together, then the one who leaves later should be responsible, it is not said like that, because bedding is a branch of enjoying separately. Therefore, for this, whichever part is enjoyed by whichever part, that part itself should abandon it, that is the final conclusion. If it is not of the Sangha, then one should inquire of the owners of that place, which means that if it is not a dwelling of the Sangha, but bedding and abandoning, then one should inquire of the owners of that place, and it should be abandoned.

The reason for using the plural form "to those" is to inquire whether sons and wives, etc., are also the owners of that place. If asked what aspects of this basis of training are the cause of falling, then, the monastery itself, and the non-self-nature of stone and sand foundations, etc., and the basis of having such faults, such as oneself or someone appointed laying down a mat, are the causes of falling. The monastery itself means, whichever ground is a monastery, that is the monastery. Its entity is itself, that is, the monastery itself. If the monastery belongs to the Sangha, that is its definition. The non-self-nature of stone and sand foundations, etc., stone means stone dust, etc., and sand foundation means a lot of sand. Its entity is itself. The word "etc." includes other stones, and also non-earth that is not stone. Non-self-nature means, whichever ground does not have the self-nature of stone and sand foundations, etc., that is their non-self-nature. Its entity is itself. Having such faults, such faults refer to the faults of producing small insects and other creatures. The basis of having faults means, whichever ground has such faults. Its entity is itself. Ground refers to combining with everything mentioned above, that is, the ground is like that. Whichever ground it is, oneself laying down a mat of grass and leaves, etc., or someone appointed by oneself laying down a mat of grass and leaves, etc., are the makers of this transgression. It is explained in this way: if that ground is both the monastery of the Sangha, and not the self-nature of stone and sand foundations, etc., and also has such faults, and a Bhikshu himself or someone appointed by himself lays down grass and leaves, etc., on that ground

Didn't they gather the laid-out seat? They didn't allow gathering, nor did they entrust it to the residing monk. From there, going within the distance of forty-nine cubits, etc., everything previously shown should also be applied here. Those limbs are the perpetrators of this offense. The transgression concerning the seat has been explained. Twenty-fifth fascicle. Regarding the transgression of expulsion, who is the perpetrator? Therefore, it is said: The monk himself and the monastery of the Sangha itself are the perpetrators. If the one to be expelled is also the monk himself, and the monastery from which he is to be expelled is also the monastery of the Sangha, then these two are the perpetrators of this offense. Do all thoughts consider these two to be the perpetrators? Therefore, it is said: If it is not intended as an antidote to harm to him and the arising of discord in the Sangha or near pacification. Harm to him and discord in the Sangha are harm to him and discord in the Sangha. The arising and near pacification of those two are the arising and near pacification. If it is not intended as an antidote to them, then at that time the two previously shown limbs are the perpetrators. It is shown thus: For the monk to be expelled, is there a fear that harm such as an obstacle to life will arise, or has it arisen but there is a fear that it will not approach pacification? Similarly, is there a fear that discord in the Sangha will arise? Or has it arisen but there is a fear that it will not approach pacification? If, with the thought of counteracting these, a monk expels a monk from the monastery of the Sangha, then at that time there is no fault. If it is not intended as an antidote to these, then at that time the two previously shown limbs are the perpetrators. For what are those two the perpetrators? Therefore, it is said: For expulsion. That is, for the expulsion of the monk. Who expels? Therefore, it is said: Other monks also expel. The word "also" shows that both are monks themselves. Following others...
