After the clothes and alms bowl have been taken out, the Sangha should also be penalized. First, one should wear one's own alms bowl and Dharma robes, and after that, the Sangha should also be penalized, because the individual will become poor, but the Sangha will not become poor. In order to protect what has been taken out, a great Bhikshu who is incapable should be placed, which means that in order to protect the items taken out of fire and water, a great Bhikshu who is not suitable for the task of expulsion should be placed. Do not enter into what is unbearable, which means that one should not enter into the unbearable and insurmountable fire and water in order to retrieve the items. The downfall of the dwelling has been narrated. Now, wanting to narrate the downfall of laying down, it is said: After laying down in another's house, one should ask the householder and then discard it. In other houses of laypeople, if one has laid down mats of grass and leaves, etc., or has had others lay them down, one should ask the householder and discard them before leaving. If it is in a solitary place, one should also discard it, which means that if one has laid down mats in a solitary place, one should also discard them. Or one should discard them from that place to another place, the word "or" is used to distinguish different situations. This is merely reversing the beginning or the end, which means that one should know that the beggar merely reverses the beginning or the end of the grass, etc., and thinks that it has been done. Here, the scripture says that they keep laying down and discarding, and robbers rob them. If they discard everything, it will become a punishment for them. Therefore, the World Honored One taught: After reversing the beginning or the end, discard it and leave. The grass laid down for drying clothes should also be discarded, which means that the grass laid down in the place for drying clothes in order to dry clothes should also be discarded, which is the final conclusion. If someone begs for the bedding and promises to discard it, give it to him, which means that if someone begs for the laid grass, give it to him. If asked what the difference is, it is discarding.

It is a commitment to abandon, whoever commits to abandoning after fulfilling their own needs, that is a commitment to abandon, that's it. If the soles of the feet are rough in the walking area, grass should be laid, which means that monks who walk for a long time and do good deeds extensively, if the soles of their feet are rough in the walking area, grass should be laid. It is taught that if the soles of a monk's feet are rough from walking, then grass should be laid in the walking area. Those should also be discarded, which means that the grass laid in the walking area should also be discarded. If discarded, it is not something that should be discarded, it has not become something that should be discarded, it should be discarded, regarding this, if discarded, it means that the time to discard the walking area has come, and it is close to the time to leave. Should be discarded, which means spreading grass etc. in the walking area. Has not become something that should not be done, regarding this, not something that should be done, which means that it cannot be spread again, it has become crumbs etc. If that is the case, then it exists like dust, relying on it, creatures will not be produced, so there is no need to discard it, therefore it is said that it has not become something that should not be done, like that it has not become dust, it can be spread, grass and other things exist without being damaged. From there, creatures will be produced, so it should be discarded, connect it like this. At other times, one should observe and transform separately from time to time, which means that at times other than the time to discard, at times when not discarding, one should observe separately from time to time whether there are creatures in the grass etc., and in order to prevent creatures from being produced, one should transform from time to time. The land is oily and sweet, it is every day, regarding this, which place has oily and sweet land, there are other places, that is oily and sweet land, in that place, transform once a day, connect it like this, in order to avoid the fault of increasing silk and other creatures. Other places are half a month and a half
