For the heretics, this is unshakable. The so-called "contentment" also refers to those heretics. If the contentment of the heretics is emphasized, then, for this purpose, for those who do not have this condition, they should be made a layman, and given the position of the Sangha, and let him stay for four months. For this purpose, it refers to the purpose of the contentment just shown. The so-called "not having this condition", the "this" refers to dissatisfaction. Whoever has it, has it. Not having it is not having it, that is, not having contentment. The "this" refers to the heretic. The so-called "the ender of becoming a layman", the essence of a layman is a layman. It is the end of that ritual, so it is the end of becoming a layman. Because he has the ritual of the end of becoming a layman, so he is the ender of becoming a layman. The "this" refers to the heretic who is the ender of becoming a layman. The so-called "the Sangha gives the position and let him stay for four months", refers to the Sangha giving the position and let him stay for four months. How to give the position? Through karma, that is, petition and four karmas. The petition and four karmas are: the Sangha is listening, please allow the heretic named so-and-so to be ordained, if the Sangha thinks the time is ripe and acceptable, please allow the Sangha to allow the heretic named so-and-so to live in the clothes given by the Khenpo for four months. The Sangha allows to give the heretic named so-and-so to live in the clothes given by the Khenpo for four months, and so on. So, where do the food and clothes for these four months come from? Therefore, it is said that his food comes from the Sangha, that is, the food of the person who gives the heretic position should be given by the karma of the Sangha. Where do the clothes come from? Therefore, it is said that the clothes come from the Khenpo, that is, the clothes are from the Khenpo.

One should give alms. If one obtains food and clothing, what should one do with them? Therefore, it is said that it is the one who appoints the work. This refers to the non-Buddhists who wish to be ordained. Pure monks should also have young monks do all the work of the young. Because two kinds of obstacles are mentioned, namely temporary and permanent. In order to explain the temporary obstacles, one should ask the one who has come to be ordained whether he is fifteen years old. It means that the abbot should ask the one who wants to be ordained, "Are you fifteen years old?" If he is not fifteen years old, what should be done? Therefore, it is said that those who are not fifteen years old and cannot drive away crows, or those who can drive away crows but are not seven years old, should not be ordained. It means that those who want to be ordained, if they are not fifteen years old and cannot drive away crows, should not be ordained. Even if they can drive away crows, but are not seven years old, they should not be ordained. If they are fifteen or seven years old and can drive away crows, then they should be ordained. So, is ordination the abbot's job? Since it is said, "They should have them ordained," how can the plural be used? Because many people are involved in the ordination, the plural can be used to include everyone. If the one in charge of reporting knows that this matter is not completely pure, he should not report it, and the Sangha should not allow it. One who takes the novice vows to become a monk should not take the novice vows to become a monk. For example, if one place can establish many complete residences, can he also establish many monks? Therefore, it is said that one should not establish more than one monk. It means that one should not establish more than one monk, such as the second monk, etc. Since it is forbidden to establish a second monk, etc., should ordination not be the second, etc.? Therefore, it is said that if one does not want to ordain separately, one should have them ordained and then have the elders take the full ordination. It means that two people who want to be ordained
