This is because it relies on the nearby monastery. Therefore, it is said that it will become ten years. The so-called "holding separate posadhas and sharing common gains" means: that monastery and the nearby monastery share common gains, but hold separate posadhas. Monks, please listen! If the owner of this monastery's monastery is destroyed, imprisoned, killed, or expelled, if the time is right for the Sangha and it is appropriate, please let the Sangha allow it. The Sangha will share the gains of this monastery and Phabi for five years, but hold separate posadhas. This is a request. Monks, please listen! This monastery's If the owner of the monastery is destroyed, imprisoned, killed, or expelled, for this reason, the Sangha will share the gains of this monastery and Phabi for five years, but hold separate posadhas. Any virtuous person who can tolerate the sharing of gains of this monastery and Phabi for five years, but holding separate posadhas, please remain silent. Those who cannot tolerate it, please speak up. After the Sangha tolerates and allows it, the Sangha will share the gains of this monastery and Phabi for five years, but hold separate posadhas. Just like this, because no one speaks, it is accepted as it is. This is accomplished through the request and two karmas. If the guardian also leaves, what should be done then? Therefore, it is said that if leaving, the items should be deposited in nearby monasteries. If the bhikkhu entrusted with the monastery also wants to leave that monastery, then at the time of his departure, the mattresses, utensils, and other items of that monastery should be deposited in nearby monasteries. The so-called "if staying, it should be given" means: if bhikkhus come to that dilapidated monastery, if they stay, then the bhikkhus staying in other nearby monasteries should return the mattresses, utensils, and other items to that monastery. The so-called "one should not give items from another place to another place" means: that bhikkhu who becomes a member of the Sangha

They should also not give away the belongings of other monasteries, such as bedding, cushions, and utensils, to other monasteries. This is to clarify the subject matter of the lower sutras. The statement in the lower sutras, "How to determine the allocation of what is obtained," is a repetition of what was said before. If they do not give, then they should give it themselves, meaning that if the property dedicated to other monasteries cannot be found near that monastery and is not returned, then the monks who initially placed those items in that monastery should investigate and return them. It is said thus: If monks and others residing in other monasteries are greedy for the property that has been offered and do not return it, then the monks who initially allocated it should investigate and retrieve it. Then, if the owner of the monastery himself gives the property from the monastery he built to another monastery, what should the monks do at that time? Therefore, it is said that even if it is that patron, the previous agreement should not be violated. It means that even if the owner of the monastery is the patron of another monastery, the previous agreement should not be violated. It is said thus: Even if this patron becomes the patron of another monastery, and he has already offered the property to another monastery, it should still be used in the monastery where the property was previously offered, because it was initially offered to the previous monastery. If it is not given, it should be taken back by force, meaning that if that patron does not give the property to the monastery to which it was previously offered, then the monks residing in that monastery should take it back by force. If the property cannot be found, then it belongs to the situation mentioned in the previous sutra, "If it is not given, then they should give it themselves." However, if the property can be found, then it belongs to the subject matter of this sutra, "If it is not given, it should be taken back by force." It should be given as a loan, meaning that the property of other monasteries should be given to other monasteries as a loan. Dedicated to other stupas
