Be sure to translate! Like violently seizing and then giving away, etc., any act of seizing with bad wisdom is actually a follow-up robbery. This is a minor offense that is in accordance with the root crime, and that is the conclusion. It is stated here: If, out of an arrogant thought, one thinks of causing a little pain for a while and robs robes, etc., then this robbery becomes an attempted minor offense. As for the premeditation, it will constitute a slight minor offense. In order to show that there is no fault in robbing for reasons of reason, it is said that in order to prevent harmful and unprofitable actions, there will be no downfall. That is to say, to cause harm in order to cause harm, the harm here refers to causing harm to the body in this life. To cause unprofitability in order to cause unprofitability, the unprofitability here refers to the afflicted mind that produces unpleasant results in the next life. Like this, in order to prevent harmful actions and unprofitable actions, that is, in order to prevent obstacles, there will be no downfall in robbing robes, etc. It is stated here: In order to prevent thieves, rivers, the fear of tigers, etc. from entering harmful situations, and to prevent sins and the production of unpleasant results, etc. from entering unprofitable situations, if robes, etc. are robbed, there will be no downfall. Similarly, the scriptures say that there will be no downfall for other purposes and tools of taming. So, how for other purposes? For example, living together with the master and the abbot, and the attendants going to places full of fear at inappropriate times, or going to the bank of a river or the bank of a large canal, the master and the abbot think that it would be bad if the clothes were robbed by robbers or cunning people, so they rob or let others rob, like this situation. So, how for the tools of taming? For example, the monks live together, and the attendants are with evil friends, evil companions, and evil associates.

And, if they together rely on sin and go astray, then for those people, the Khenpo and Acharya will think: If they associate with these people as sinful friends, sinful companions, sinful supporters, that is not acceptable, so it is like depriving them of their clothes or having them deprived, that's what was said. That which is called "deprivation for abandonment" has been explained. Like this, from the Pratimoksha and the Vibhanga, under the deprivation for abandonment, there will arise abandonment arising from dependence. From the request, under the deprivation for abandonment, there will arise abandonment of separation within seven days, therefore the treatise of request is adopted. It is not arranged in order, but the abandonment of separation within seven days is placed near, in order to separately establish the transgressions arising from the cause of other times in one occasion. It is said, "If one monastic robe of a monastery monk is with fear, then the village is also like his own place." "One monastic robe of a monastery monk" refers to any one of the three monastic robes. "If it is with fear" refers to the monastery monk's own place, the monastery, being with fear of thieves and so on. "The village also" refers to the village that becomes the territory of that monastery. "Like his own place" refers to the monastery monk having to know it is like his own place, the monastery. This is shown by saying: Just as when a monastery monk resides in his own place, the fault of separation from the monastic robe does not occur, so if it is with fear due to the king and thieves etc., placing one monastic robe in the village that becomes the territory of the monastery, even if that monastic robe and place are different, within six days the fault of separation will not occur. Here the treatise says that any one of the three monastic robes must be placed in another person's house. Like this, there it said "later rainy season", said "becoming the later rainy season", but here that is not accepted, because when showing transgression, it does not rely on that. Because the monastery monk, within the limit of six days, is the boundary with that monastic robe.
