Therefore, like not promising, that is the doers, etc., meaning: The giver, regarding the monk, for the sake of what was previously said, "Whose requisites are many and whose reward is good," does not promise and does not commit, that is the giver does not promise for that reason, like "Let you make clothes as you please," like that the giver does not allow which monk, this is its definition. Or, the giver, if regarding clothes, thinks "This clothes should be beautiful in all aspects," does not promise and does not commit to this meaning, then that is not promising the meaning of the clothes. Who does not promise? The giver, that is, the patron. Here, if one promises but does not accept, then the weaver is also the patron. It is said like this: If the patron does not promise that meaning, that limb is also the doer of the downfall. Like that, before seeking, previously said "If not allowed." "If not entertained with one's own faith," this is its definition. Those limbs are the doers of the downfall. In what situation are those limbs the doers of the fault? Therefore, in order to establish, it is said "When completed, it is the main action," meaning: When the clothes are completed, those limbs are the doers of the fault of the main action. It is said like this: When the clothes are completed, it becomes the fault of the main action. In front, therefore, "The different followings arising from intention are misdeeds," meaning: Before the clothes are completed, at the time of making, for that monk, the different followings arising from intention, like going to alms, etc., and searching with etc. and bringing it there, because everything is one making, so it is the doer of misdeeds. It is said like this: Before the clothes are completed, in order to make the clothes, no matter what is done as a following of one making, for all the followings of one making, those limbs are all the doers of one misdeed, like getting up from the bed, etc.

They are not individually different. Thus, the discourse here is that if a monk, for the sake of clothing, washes his hands a little, washes his bowl, goes, comes, and gives alms to the weaver, all will incur a misdeed. If the clothing is completed, it will incur a relinquishment offense, this is what is said. The words "a little" and "all" refer to actions that have become a whole, repeatedly performed and existing, not to actions such as washing hands that have become different. "Approaching without being told, is that itself," means it is connected to the misdeed itself. "Without being told" means the donor has not spoken to the monk, approaching the donor without being told, whatever the approach, that is a misdeed itself. Thus it is taught, if the donor has the weaver weave for that monk for your sake, without telling him to check the weaving from time to time, yet that monk approaches with the thought of making it extremely beautiful, even if he says nothing, he will still incur a misdeed. The discourse here is that after requesting, a householder has weaving done for the sake of the monk, and that monk also approaches, even if he does not differentiate, he will incur a misdeed, this is what is said. The term "does not differentiate" should be understood in this way, if one thinks, "Alas, weaving is being done for my sake, if I go there, how wonderful it would be if that clothing becomes extremely beautiful," with that kind of thought going there, yet not seeking to differentiate the clothing, not for the sake of variety, not for the sake of extreme beauty, one will still incur a misdeed, that is also a misdeed arising from action. The relinquishment offense of causing weaving has been explained. For the relinquishment offense of robbery, which limbs are the agents? Therefore it is said, "The one to be robbed is the monk himself," meaning, the one from whom the clothing is to be robbed, if it is the monk himself, that is a limb. Thus it is taught, "From whom the clothing is to be robbed"
