Making felt, weaving, who makes the child, etc., is done to summarize what is said to be nearby. For a person walking on the uninterrupted path without difference, it is forty-nine bows (འདོམ་, a Tibetan unit of length). Which path is the uninterrupted path? It is the uninterrupted path. The so-called person walking without difference, in relation to a monk who has broken a precept, the person walking without difference refers to a monk carrying monastic robes, and for him, within forty-nine bows is nearby. It is said that if a monk who has broken a precept walks on a certain path, and if a person carrying monastic robes also walks on that path, then this is the person who is said to be walking without difference here. On the uninterrupted (མཚམས་མེད་པ་) path of monasteries, etc., walking with a person who is not different, within forty-nine bows is nearby. On a path with boundaries, the boundary itself can be set. How can one know that the width belongs to the same path? If the width of walking is within a certain range, and people consider it to belong to the same path, then that range is the width that belongs to the same path. The mention of a person here is only a symbol. Before or after, the monastic robes are covered with dust, and all the remaining things, up to that limit, are nearby. Because what is nearby? Because of those situations specifically pointed out by the sutra "one bow by one bow around." Therefore, one should start from the side pressed by the body and measure forty-nine bows, not from the edge of any bow. Other boundaries are not (nearby), the so-called other boundaries, other boundaries are other boundaries, and other boundaries are not nearby even if they are next to each other, because the setting of boundaries is independent. From the center to the end of one yojana is different, the so-called from the center to the end of one yojana is different, in all directions, the branches and leaves of trees are connected, the top of the city is connected, the places covered by ropes are connected, starting from the center, in all directions, within one yojana is nearby, beyond one yojana

I (the author) believe that beyond the boundary of one yojana is the difference between the place and the vicinity. It is shown in this way: If a bhikkhu looks from the center and places the robe outside the boundary of one yojana, and the dawn appears in his own central place, even if there are branches and leaves of trees connected for about one yojana, that bhikkhu will only be separated from the robe. In order to explain the scriptures of the Vinaya, the so-called "forest" is the place of trees. Among them, as long as the branches, leaves, flowers, petals, and fruits are connected to each other, the bhikkhu can place the robe wherever he likes within a radius of one yojana, and the dawn can appear there at will. This is a collection of what is said in the Mother Sutra in this sutra, because other situations such as connected city roofs may also occur, so in general, it is established in this way. The meaning of "separation of abandonment" is that the chapter of separation ends here. In order to collect what appears in the chapter of "separation of abandonment", it is said that "it will not lose its blessing even if it becomes fragments", which means that the robe, etc., will not lose its blessing even if it becomes fragments, because the blessing depends on itself, so from the state of becoming fragments, it will not be separated from itself. The so-called "not not attached to abandonment" means that the blessing of the robe, etc., for abandonment is not not attached, but attached. Some scriptures say that the bhikkhu's robe has been ten years old, but in fact it has only been separated for one year. Does this situation exist? The Buddha replied: Yes, because the robe has been ten days old, and the bhikkhu has also blessed it, and the dawn appears outside the boundary. These contents are all collected here. The so-called "also of the Sangha" means that the blessing of the robe, etc., is not not attached. The so-called "will be separated from it" means that what the Sangha has blessed will definitely be separated from it, because the reason for separation is blessing, not oneself. Because it lives in another place, it is other

The term "place not being ruined" means that the place of another bhikshu is not ruined because of the presence of others with different views and names, and it does not become a place that is abandoned. This is its definition. Here it is taught that if a donor dedicates a place in common to Buddhists and non-Buddhist renunciates, and a bhikshu resides there, even if non-Buddhists or shramaneras also reside in the bhikshu's place, the place itself is not ruined because the bhikshu has resided there before, or because ownership has been established by dividing boundaries, etc. As long as the bhikshu has control over the placement, entry, and departure, etc., of that place, the place is not ruined and will not be taken away. Similarly, if non-Buddhists or shramaneras reside in that place, and a bhikshu also resides there, it should be known that the bhikshu is not without control. Here, some texts of this treatise state that if a bhikshu places his robes in a non-Buddhist's place and resides near the sangha's place, will he incur a downfall? There is a teaching that says: being designated (a place) together with non-Buddhists will incur a downfall. It is the same with trees. Here, "designated" means that one place is controlled by two people. If only one person has control over it, and the other does not, then at that time, it is only a different place. The statement "other dharmas and this dharma are not abandoned by views" means that other dharmas and this dharma, that is, other dharmas and this dharma, etc., are not like what was previously mentioned in the sutra as "abandoned by views," but are abandoned in this way. Here it is taught that in the previous sutra, it was said, "not different faiths arising from wealth and views," and there, the places of those with different faiths arising from wealth and views are not different, while the places of those with different faiths arising from wealth and views are different. Therefore, the statement in that sutra, "the places of those with different faiths arising from views are different," applies equally to other dharmas, such as non-Buddhists, and to this dharma.
