It is explained that the intervals between those with a single owner are not different, and the words of the sutra should also be arranged in this way: the intervals between those with a single owner, such as houses, are also not different. What need is there to mention door rooms and the like? They are not different. The intervals between those who do not have a single owner are not different, and door rooms and the like are also not different, because they are not common to all. Branches and small branches that do not touch are different places, meaning that branches and small branches that do not touch, that do not meet each other, are different places. Touching is the same place. Therefore, if a monk places his robes on a branch of a single tree that is not touching another, and greets the dawn on another branch that is not touching, then the robes will separate again, but those that are touching will not separate. The root is common, meaning that the roots of those branches are common, and from wherever the branches split off, that is their root. Therefore, if a monk places his robes on the root and greets the dawn on any branch, there is no fault. Similarly, there is no fault in placing robes on any branch and greeting the dawn at the root. The root of the root and so on are also, meaning that the root of the root and so on are also common to all branches and small branches, which is temporarily the general meaning. The meaning of the limb is the root, meaning that the part of the tree above all directions, from where many branches split off, is the part of the tree trunk without branches below that trunk, which is the root. The root of the root means: The part of the tree that is the root of everything above, from the part below without branches, becomes one branch, or becomes many branches, no matter how many branches split off, there is a part without branches below that trunk, which is the root of the root. By saying "etc.", it includes the part from there down to the ground. Included by the word "etc.", from the ground connected to the tree upwards, the root

Down to the root, it is the commonality of the root of the root, the branches connected to the root, and all the small twigs. The root of the root is the commonality of itself, the branches connected to the root, and all the small twigs. The root is the daily commonality of the branches connected to itself and the small twigs. Those branches and untouched small twigs are different from each other. Here, the scripture is like this: the branches and untouched leaves of the tree, and the surrounding garbage, are each different. What is common? "The root," it says, and that is the scripture here. Those trees whose branches and leaves touch are in the same place, it is said. Which trees have branches and leaves that touch? Those are the trees whose branches and leaves touch, and those trees are in the same place. Flowers and fruits are not listed separately because they belong to it. The part hanging below it is like a cover, it is said. The so-called cover is the lower part of the covering level, which belongs to the covering level, and similarly, whatever the lower part of the tree is, that lower part belongs to that place. It is shown like this: if a monk spreads his robe and places it on the lower part of the tree, and uses it as a basis for the appearance of dawn, then his robe will not be separated from it. The same is true of boats and vehicles, it is said: The lower part of boats and vehicles should also be known to belong to it, just like a cover. The sky does not belong to the boundary. Therefore, the part of the ground that the boat and vehicle press on, and the substance connected to the lower part, and connected to the surface, and connected to the wheels and spokes, and connected to the stakes, etc., should be known to have been determined as the place of these two sutras. For a place without boundaries, the boundary is the extent to which it is covered by branches, it is said. Any place without boundaries is a place without boundaries. For a place without boundaries, such as a monastery, the boundary of any branch that is covered by branches, such as canals, should be known to be the boundary of that place.
