If one pays homage to a stupa on the road, there will be no fault at that time, that is its definition. Actions are also of two types: one that is started with great effort, such as the making of robes and bowls, etc., these do not need to be reported. The other is an action that is completed immediately at that time with little effort, such as chatting, saying "please come in," greeting each other, answering questions, saying "welcome," etc., and wiping hands and feet with wet hands, dusting off clothes, etc., these can be done without reporting, because reporting these would become a laughing stock. For a monk who has broken his vows, all of these should be reported, except for the teacher, abbot, and sick monk. Now I will explain the precepts of abiding: for the making of bowls and robes, caring for the sick, eliminating regret, and abandoning sinful views, one should say "Ema o, I will do it" or "Let me do it," and strive to complete it. The making of bowls includes firing, repairing, etc. The making of robes includes sewing, turning over, etc. Among them, "Ema o, I will do it" indicates that it is done with a desire to complete it. "I will do it" means doing it oneself. "Let me do it" means letting others do it. To strive to complete it in this way is to strive to complete it, which is the definition of "do it seriously." All things such as caring for the sick should also be done in this way. Caring for the sick means providing food and medicine, etc. Eliminating regret means that regret is the remorse in the heart, because of committing evil deeds and other faults, remorse arises in the heart, eliminating these regrets is confession, etc. To this also add "Ema o, I will do it" or "Let me do it," and strive to complete it. Abandoning sinful views means that those dharmas that the Bhagavan said would cause obstacles are obstacles.

It is called "will not be cut off," etc., and completely abandon the way of looking at such things. Alas! Should I do it? Or should I have them do it? One should strive to accomplish it with great effort. The abiding one should do all these things for the abiding one. Is it only these? No. Therefore, to the Sangha that wants to enforce, one should also say, "Alas! The Sangha should not do such enforcement here." As mentioned in the previous Sutra, one should strive to accomplish it with great effort, until "take out from below," one should know that all these should be applied here. The so-called "to the Sangha that wants to enforce" means that when the Sangha wants to perform the act of enforcement on the dwelling place, such as expelling from the dwelling place, etc., then the abiding one should strive to say, "Alas! The Sangha should not do such enforcement in this dwelling place." First, the abiding one should strive to prevent it from being done for a while. If it is done, what should be done then? Therefore, it is said that if it is done, one should endure it. If the act of enforcement is done, then the abiding one should strive to say, "Alas! For this dwelling place, whatever the Sangha has done, one should endure," this is the final word of abandonment. For the dwelling place that one wants to move, re-move, make joyful, re-make joyful, and expel, alas! The Sangha should also strive to give the basis for moving, etc., and expel. The so-called moving refers to imposing a special karma of cutting off the cause for those who have committed Sanghavasesa. The so-called re-moving refers to imposing a re-moving on those who are committing Sanghavasesa again in the process of moving. The so-called making joyful refers to imposing a special karma of lacking six nights as a cause for expelling from those who have already practiced moving. The so-called re-making joyful refers to imposing a re-making joyful on those who are committing Sanghavasesa again in the process of practicing making joyful. The dwelling place that needs things like moving is the dwelling place that wants to move, etc.

If that person wants to move the residence, etc., the resident should diligently request the Sangha to grant four favors such as moving the residence. The same applies to wanting to expel. Expulsion means recovering from a fall. The residence that needs something, that is the one who wants to be expelled, if you want to expel that residence, the resident should diligently request the Sangha to expel this residence. After showing the discipline of the resident, now to tell the discipline of the residence. 'He also does those things for him, except for requests' means: 'He also' refers to the residence, also refers to Khenpo etc. 'To him' refers to the resident, that is, disciples and attendants. 'Those things' refers to things like bowls and robes. Khenpo etc. should also do the things just mentioned above for the benefit of the disciples etc. Is it all? The answer is: 'Except for requests'. A request is a question. Because the residence has things to do, there is no need to request, this is the summary of this sentence. While showing that the resident may not do anything without the permission of the residence, this should also be told: After receiving the Bhikshu vows, how long does it take to become Khenpo etc.? Therefore, it is said 'If you have not been a Bhikshu for ten years, you must not be a Khenpo, a residence, or not live'. A person who is not ten years old is not ten years old. Through what? Said 'Through receiving the Bhikshu vows', that is, the status of a Bhikshu. He must not do these three things: he must not be a Khenpo, he must not be a residence, and he must not live. This is shown: A Bhikshu who is not ten years old must not accept disciples, must not give residence, and must not live by himself, this is the summary of this sentence. Do all those who are ten years old do these three things? Therefore, it is said 'It is not if it does not have any combination with what will appear below'. Even if you have been a Bhikshu for ten years, if you do not have any combination with the five branches that will appear below,
