In order to exclude the possibility of correct speech that refers to other things, the word "false" is spoken. The differentiation of Saṃghāvaśeṣa that corresponds to the part of others, the part of differentiation ends here. Now, in order to summarize what arises from the occasion of stating the groundless and slight speech, it is said that "If one accuses without relying, it is a sthūlātyaya," that is, a bhikṣuṇī does not have a male organ, but relies on it and accuses, it is a sthūlātyaya, like a male eunuch. A bhikṣu does not have a female organ, but relies on it and accuses, it is also a sthūlātyaya, like a female eunuch. However, these two cases do not refer to the path of the mouth and excretion. If one accuses through the path of the mouth and excretion, it will constitute a Saṃghāvaśeṣa. The meaning of "Not mentioning the name is also" is that accusing without mentioning the name to be abandoned is also a sthūlātyaya. Here, the rule is that in the Saṃgha, it is uncertainly said: "Did non-brahmacarya, stole more than five māṣakas, severed human life, spoke untrue superior human dharma," but if one does not say "so-and-so," then one will commit a sthūlātyaya. This is what the Buddha said. "Drawing blood from the Tathāgata with malicious intent, and causing dissension in the Saṃgha" means that these two anantarīya-karmas are sthūlātyayas. Among them, the sthūlātyaya belonging to drawing blood with malicious intent should be known to be in accordance with the aspect of killing a person leading to defeat, because it is done with the intention of killing. The fault belonging to causing dissension in the Saṃgha is in accordance with the aspect of not abandoning the pretense of dividing the Saṃgha, but not in accordance with the aspect of accusation, because there is no action belonging to accusation. If one accuses with these two faults, one commits a duḥkṛta. "Thought and spoke" etc. make excuses, then one commits a duḥkṛta, that is, making excuses in the manner of "thought and spoke" etc., then one commits a duḥkṛta. Here, the word "etc." is for the purpose of indicating the meaning of other ways. In the request, the bhikṣu rises from the seat and says, "I thought and spoke,"
