It is said that it means "only preparation." Building a dwelling is only preparation, which falls under the category of gross offense. This is its definition. Among them, for what will eventually become an actual act, for that kind of situation, preparation belongs to the gross offense. For what will eventually become a gross offense, for that kind of situation, preparation belongs to the misdeed. Here, the scripture says that if building leads to one's own death, then the offense will become a gross offense. Allowing the construction of an uncovered structure, its result is similar to this, meaning that for a monk, if he starts acting with the intention of building a house or temple without a roof, then its result is similar to this, and it should be regarded as similar to preparation, belonging to the category of gross offense. This is its definition. Here, the scripture says that if allowing the construction of an uncovered structure, then the offense will become a gross offense. Before, it was a misdeed. For the sake of many, meaning that allowing the construction for the sake of many of a house where all parts such as unusable parts are damaged, its result should also be regarded as similar to preparation. Here, the scripture says that if allowing the construction for the common purpose of both, then the offense will become a gross offense. In the case of without permission, without permission means that allowing construction without the permission of the seeker or resident, its result should also be regarded as similar to preparation. Even if the items are complete, it will not constitute a defeat, because it is the foundation of the one who has the right, for the purpose of building a temple. Nor will it become an actual act, because the part of seeking is missing. Therefore, for the case of permission, if all parts are completed, then it is an actual act. For the case of without permission, then it is a gross offense. Here, the scripture says that if allowing construction without the permission of some letters, then the offense will become a gross offense. Someone, meaning that because the word "by" has been pointed out, it should be known that this refers to the special situation of completing it in the previous way. Therefore, if allowing someone to complete it, then this is similar to the previous situation, and it should be understood as similar to preparation, because the part of seeking is missing. Here, the scripture says that if allowing someone to build, then the offense will become a gross offense. Request.

All these times should be understood as being within the scope of both the house and the monastery's places of study. Except for the saying "someone," because the branch of seeking the foundation of the monastery's place of study has not been separately established. If one wants to continue, there is also the saying "also." The word "also" is to follow the statement "if it is allowed to be done, it is the same as that ending." Here, the scripture says that if one continues, it will become a great offense. If it is not completed after the request, it is a minor offense. It means that after the request to seek the foundation from the patron, and the request to show what is available from the Sangha, if it is still not completed, it is a minor offense. Even if the foundation has been found, and after the request and the karma, when it is allowed to be built, if it is still not completed, then it should be known from there that it is a minor offense. This is distinguished for the case where it is not completed due to an unwilling thought, but not for the case where it is not completed due to obstacles. Here, the scripture says that if a monk temporarily finds a foundation but does not do it, he will commit a downfall or a minor offense. If he requests to show the house but does not request to build it, he will commit a downfall or a minor offense. The occasion of requesting the Sangha's remaining property of the house and the monastery, the situation that arises at the time of these two requests is over. The two statements of the Sangha's remaining property of the house and the monastery have been explained. Wanting to tell the Sangha's remaining property of unfounded slander, he said, "For the monk who is fallen by indulging in defeat, there is also." For those who indulge in defeat, such as committing impure conduct, and slander by universally indulging, it is indulging in defeat. Because the one who indulges in defeat slanders, it is the Sangha's remaining property. If asked, who slanders because of indulging more? Therefore, it is said "for the monk," not for the novice, etc. It is said "there is also for the fallen," not only for the virtuous, if one slanders the fallen, there is also. In order to show the monk who is fully ordained and not fallen, and the fallen who are specifically excluded by the nun herself.
