The non-different result of what is called "meeting of the earth boundary" is actually the one and only result. Because the result is one and the same, it is not that there is no complete action for each agent, but rather that the actual action is not incomplete. This is the meaning of this statement. In this way, for each and every agent, there is indeed a complete action, and therefore, each one will incur a downfall. Therefore, all of these have their own actions. Here it is explained: If many monks form a sangha and simultaneously perform the actions of sending messengers, transmitting messages, and receiving messages to a single object of delivery, in this way, if the one result of the meeting of these two objects of delivery occurs, then, in the continuums of these agents, different actions will arise, and because of these different actions, as many bhikkhu agents as there are, in their respective continuums, different downfalls such as misdeeds, gross offenses, and sanghavasesa will arise. In this way, because of the completion of each person's own actions, downfalls will occur. Here, the meaning of "sending is like oneself" is: In the case of this mediation, the mediation done by the sender is like oneself, just as if one had done it oneself. It is not like the case of abusive speech, etc., where what the sender does is exactly the same as what one does oneself. In the case of this mediation, whatever is done by the sender and by the one sent by the sender should be understood as the same as what one does oneself. Therefore, for the object to be delivered itself, whatever messenger is sent is sent from the sender; whatever is said to the object to be delivered, whatever is said from the sender, whatever is done by the sender, is done by the giver of the downfall himself. Here, the classification of these is

Is it the master of admonition and, repatriation, but the master of giving and taking? Or should it be added like the elm tree? Thus it is taught: If a bhikkhu receives a letter from the parents, etc., of the two who should be delivered, conveys information, conveys information back and forth, and just because of that reason, the boy and girl who should be delivered meet, then it becomes the basis of sin. Just as openly receiving letters from the two who should be delivered, conveying information, and conveying information back and forth are considered the basis of sin. Measuring and then doing is an evil deed, meaning that those who are not the masters of the two, whether related to the two or not, receive letters, convey information, and convey information back and forth are evil deeds, because they are not the owners of the place to be delivered. Letters and handwriting, places, codes, and signs are the same as language, meaning that letters and handwriting are the same as language, and should be understood as the same as the essence of language. Just as conveying information with language and achieving the purpose will break the precepts, letters and the like are the same. Because it is necessary to achieve the purpose here, letters and the like can also achieve that purpose, so they are considered the same as language. Letters and handwriting are easy to understand so they are not explained. The place refers to places such as gardens. A code is a non-material sign, such as the difference in time such as morning. A sign means that seeing it can understand the meaning that should be implied, such as shaving hair and beard not long ago, or wearing red and yellow clothes, etc. Here, the scripture says that information is conveyed through three reasons, only conveying information back and not conveying it out. What are the three reasons? It is the place, the code, and the sign. Prostitutes are said to be in harmony with all men. If a bhikkhu receives a letter in that place, conveys information, conveys information back and forth, etc.,

Therefore, in order to dispel the notion that it would not constitute a saṃghāvaśeṣa because it is in accordance with everything from the very beginning, it is said that "a prostitute is inherently inconsistent." The six kinds of wives, namely those given by water-time, those bought with valuables, those obtained by force, those cohabiting, those supported by clothing and food, and those with verbal promises, may also have inconsistencies, and occasional encounters are also the same. Therefore, a prostitute is called an "occasional encounter," because their agreement is short-lived, so short that it is only for one night or so, because their beginning and end are inconsistent. Therefore, just as sending messages, sending letters, and sending replies to other inconsistent women leads to fundamental offenses and other transgressions, so it is with prostitutes. Therefore, the sutra composed for prostitutes is truly meaningful. "Not being the owner, only joining below the fourth time" means: what is given by one who is not the owner, and what is given below the third time is also inconsistent, so if a bhikṣu gives it, it will constitute a fundamental offense. So, what kind of thing is it that is joined? Therefore, it is said, "not being the owner," meaning, because it is not acknowledged as one's own, it has no owner. The so-called "below the fourth time" means: below the fourth time, that is, below the third time. The so-called "joining" means: giving together what should be given and other things that should be given. This should also be understood as inconsistent. This is explained as follows: even if one is merely close, due to friendship, meeting a prostitute or other woman three times without payment is considered joining. Because that is inconsistent, if a bhikṣu receives her message, sends letters, or sends replies, it will constitute fundamental offenses and other transgressions. This summarizes the content of "receiving messages from close friends" in the Prātimokṣa. From the Upālipṛcchā, it is known that a bhikṣu receiving messages more than twice
