The so-called "ེ་བྲག་" said two words, and the specific desire it refers to should be understood as the meaning of "universal desirer" mentioned here. Therefore, the meaning of the word here appears as follows: By showing the difference, whoever possesses this differentiated desire is the desire to experience those pleasures. Because of this desire, if a bhikkhu engages in physical contact with certain characteristics, as will be mentioned below, as well as speaking obscene words, offering flattery and praise, etc., then at that time it will constitute a sanghavasesa offense, which is the summary statement. After speaking obscene words, offering flattery and praise, etc., and showing the common characteristics, now we will separately discuss the case of sanghavasesa offenses involving physical contact. Therefore, the statement "to possess by physical contact" is made, and touching a woman's body is physical contact. The "possession" in it refers to the previously mentioned experience of having universal desire. Here it says, "The braid is related to this," and the "here" refers to this situation of sanghavasesa offenses involving physical contact, not to other situations such as being in a hidden place with a woman's genitals. The so-called "braid" refers to braided hair. The so-called "that is related to this" means that the braid itself is related to the body, and touching it is a fundamental offense. Because hair itself does not have the senses of the body and does not have the characteristics of the body, in order to eliminate the doubt that touching hair will not constitute a sanghavasesa offense, this sutra is declared, because it will further increase desire. The so-called "clothes related to this are also the same" means that touching threads, etc., related to the braid, as part of the braid, is also a fundamental offense. Touching hair ornaments and saliva, etc., is a gross offense, like fingernails. As for actions such as touching, rubbing, handing over, holding, pulling, completely pulling, embracing from below, embracing from above, and tightly joining, there is no difference, and touching and other actions do not differ in terms of offenses.
