Do not use food and impure things to hold water in a water vessel. Do not throw food and impure water at the monks who are sitting there. If someone asks for directions and there is a householder sitting there, do not enter his house. Here, "that" refers to food and impure water. Do not pour food scraps into the alms bowl. After washing the alms bowl three times, recite the verses of the temple and give away the water from the alms bowl. Do not place the alms bowl in a place without a base. Do not wash the alms bowl while standing. Do not make these two things into three things. Here, the two things refer to washing the alms bowl and placing it. Do not do it in a tilted place. Do not do it on a cliff edge. Do not do it in a steep place. Do not do these things at the crossroads of roads. Therefore, avoid the flow of the six rivers and do not drink dirty water. The same applies to places where it is not appropriate to urinate or defecate. Do not urinate or defecate while standing. This sentence should be placed before and connected to those inappropriate places. When urinating or defecating there, do not do it in the same state as those things. Do not preach the Dharma while standing when sitting. Do not preach the Dharma while sitting when lying down. When sitting on a high seat, do not preach the Dharma while sitting on a low seat. Here, "seat" should also be understood as the place where one sits. Similarly, bad and good should also include high and low. If one sits on a wide seat and listens to the Dharma, and one preaches the Dharma while sitting in a very low place, as it is said in the "Sgul Asked Sutra": "One should not preach the Dharma in this way." Therefore, what the Bhagavan said is this sutra. For those who walk in front, do not walk from behind and speak, just like being off the road. When walking on the road, do not walk and speak on the side of the road. Do not cover the head, etc. Here, the word "etc." refers to jumping, etc., which can be found in the treatises on differentiation. Do not sit on top of an elephant, riding a horse, riding in a palanquin, or riding an ox, and do not speak while wearing shoes, such as riding on an elephant, etc. For each riding situation, the word "riding" should be used to indicate not getting off.

Therefore, this is prohibited because it is associated with the position of pride, but not because it is associated with a high position. Because it has already been prohibited there. Therefore, this is prohibited in all circumstances. Do not speak to those with hair knots, wearing hats, wearing crowns, wearing garlands, and wearing turbans. Do not speak to those holding canes, umbrellas, weapons, swords, battle axes, and wearing armor. Do not urinate or defecate while standing. Do not urinate, defecate, or discard things in places where there is green grass. The meaning of not discarding things is to urinate and defecate in places where there is green grass. Sputum, mucus, vomit, and saliva are also the same, meaning that these should also not be urinated, defecated, or discarded in places where there is green grass. Do not do it in water, meaning do not urinate, defecate, spit, etc., in water, and do not discard them. Unless harm occurs, do not climb a tree higher than the height of a person, meaning do not climb higher than the height of a person. The detailed distinctions of the precepts regarding places are, in short, nine types: wearing clothes, going to places of practice, sitting on mats there, receiving food, eating tsampa, using bowls, teaching the Dharma, the rituals of practice, and walking. These should be arranged in order. These are the precepts. The differentiation of a Bhikshu.

That, that is for causing a very great (fault). Therefore, for the bhikkhuni also, how should the belonging to the precepts exist? Regarding this, whatever belongs to that which is impossible to distinguish, and as an obstacle, whatever has not been established for this, all those that are established as not the same by the amount of fault, all those should be spoken of. Regarding this, up to the words of confession of downfall, it belongs to the bhikkhunis, this is started from here. From below, up to the words that appear, "If those who have lost and those who have not arisen commit a downfall, then they commit a misdeed," for those who have become bhikkhunis, one should look at the one who realizes or the doer. For the time being, all that is said about the causes of defeat should be observed here, that is, the four. The so-called "four" refers to the four such as impure conduct, just like the bhikkhu, so it is for the bhikkhuni as well. Concealing the downfalls of others and following those who have abandoned, for some precepts and all actions of bodily contact, it will lead to defeat. Regarding this, touching whom will lead to defeat? Therefore, it is said, "For possession." With what limb? Therefore, it is said, "From the eyes to the knees." That is, from below the position of the eyes, up to above the kneecap. What is that possession? Therefore, it is said, "Contact." The saying "caressing, stroking" is an example here. Thus, the so-called "caressing, stroking," its distinction is, the saying "to approach the body with the body." Touching whom? Therefore, it is said, "Of the male." Regarding the situation of possessing with the aspect of the bodily faculty, with what thought? Therefore, it is said, "With the lust of intercourse." That is, with the desire to experience pleasure, with its complete attachment and corresponding state, whoever says this, that is this word. Regarding the situation of possessing with the aspect of the bodily faculty, with what thought? Here, another sutra says, "Arising attachment," that is, with attachment, complete attachment, complete intercourse and the lust of desire.
