The source of the distinction called "What is Subjugation." If it is also said, "Being attached here," etc., even if it is a statement of attachment to a man, even to a man who is not attached, from the distinction, there is attachment, the man is not attached, from the knees up to the eyes down, if he caresses, fondles, and takes possession, therefore it is said, "He falls into defeat." The one called "Defeat" does not clearly show attachment to a man here. The one called "With other limbs, it is heavy" is that with limbs other than from the eyes to the knees, with the touch of a man, with the desire of lust, taking possession, then the fault becomes heavy. If touching hair, etc., and clothes related to it without interruption becomes real, touching with interruption becomes heavy, here it should be understood from the establishment of the precept of touching belonging to a monk. The one called "With other minds, it is slightly reproached" is not taking possession with a mind of lustful desire, to whom it is said to fall into defeat, then severely reproach, to whom it is said to be heavy, then the meaning of slightly reproach. If asked: Is everything the same as this? Therefore it is said, "If at that time, he knows that which is born from him," etc. If at that time, that nun has the desire of lust in her own mind, that nun thinks that this man is attached to me, this is the meaning of the ritual. She thinks that this man is attached to me, even if the mind of lustful desire does not arise presently, there is only the fault of thinking for oneself, therefore here is the limb of a man's attachment. The one called "If there is none, then even more" is that if at that time the man does not have the desire of lust, or even if he has it, it is not for her, even if it is not for her, he does not know, then at this time, the reproach should be even more than that reproach, to whom the reproach becomes heavy, then it becomes a minor offense, to whom it becomes a minor offense, then it becomes a slight offense. Not taking possession

Saying "there is no transgression" means that there is no transgression of wrongdoing belonging to this precept for one who does not possess or accept in any way. Saying "there is no fault in touching a son" means that for one who is free from desire, the mother's loving heart for her son is not different, nor can it be transformed. Therefore, this statement that "there is no fault in touching because of loving the son" is like this. If one treats others with an unchanging mind, even a child should not be touched, which refers to the loving heart for the father, such as an uncle, or nephew, or with a virtuous or unspecified mind, because there is no difference, it is a distinction. The teachings of these two sutras should be understood from the subtle points. Relying on one who has desire, and the words have the power to fully understand the meaning corresponding to it, such a man is complete. That is to say, for the object of learning who has desire, the man who has the power to rely on is complete. For teaching the Dharma and so on, the man who has the power to fully understand and comprehend the meaning corresponding to it, the meaning of desire and words, is complete. If there is a lack of power, it means that it cannot be done. From the distinction of the monks, following the words in it, here also relies on this. This is touching leading to defeat. If physical contact leads to defeat, then it is said, "Therefore, it is physical contact." Here it is said that body touches body. With whom is it related? From the words with the necessity of approaching, for the one who has the suitability for this, the producer of the downfall is like this, here the bhikkhuni approaches, therefore related to this is implied. With what kind of mind? Therefore, it is said, "Because of attachment, relying on, because the approaching man is attached." If the bhikkhuni who causes the downfall, because of relying on her, makes physical contact with the approaching man, then he will be defeated.
