And, causing those (monks) to make fire, not listening (to teachings), abandoning bringing them close to teachings is also a transgression. As for saying "For truly accepting, it is not limited to this," it refers to, whatever saying "this exists in the speaker himself" is not a branch of the receiver. For example, making someone understand, a mute or others who are not the speaker themselves can also truly accept in abstaining from killing and so on. What is called "that is the vessel," refers to, whoever is a person who can make the speaker understand the meaning is a branch, but foolish and deaf people are not. If one does not understand gestures, or blocks the ears, or signals with fingers and gestures, mutes and those who cannot speak due to other reasons are also not branches of expression. Like this, although the scripture "all these scriptures exist in the previous speaker" has been established, whoever can make the speaker himself understand the meaning is a branch of expression, this only reveals that what is said is meaningless. In order to show that there is no fault in not requesting there, this scripture was made. If one says, "Then for the sake of confessing one's own downfall and blessing, one should heal," then how can it be that not speaking is without fault? Even if there is such a situation, it is because it will not change. What is called "of speech," is saying, it is a pure branch of expression, letters, manuscripts, and arithmetic are not, because they cannot clearly make others understand the meaning, so this is the ritual. What is called "one's own, related to oneself," refers to, in the first moment of making others understand, for understanding, it is the arising of the main practice. If that is the case, all of these belong to requesting affairs, therefore, whatever words one wants to express with the mind, however much is expressed, apart from action and wavering, as long as one can make others waver to that meaning itself, one or more branches belong there, it is included in the main practice. If it becomes performing the main practice ritual, urging and being urged, whatever is manifestly inclined, here is the beginning.

If not intentional, it is the urging of the body, the slight hearing of words, focusing the mind, etc. All the rest should also be known as combination. Because everything becomes a single creation. Here, the examples are: speaking in accordance with what arises from delivering letters, handwritten documents, and manual calculations; praising conduct; being unfounded; slightly slandering, understanding these are gross offenses. Having a non-relative Bhikshuni wash clothes, etc.; taking clothes from them; begging from patrons and patrons' wives; bargaining; each receiving the agreed price; searching for a bowl; having someone weave cloth; increasing the cost of weaving; robbing; lying; speaking of faults; gossiping; causing annoyance; boasting; repeating; speaking of bad situations; speaking of the superior qualities of people; saying "done as a friend"; belittling the training; cutting down trees; mocking; engaging in sarcastic mockery; breaking instructions; giving; building houses exceeding three stories; showing without permission; slandering that one shows for a small amount of food; eating food mixed by a Bhikshuni; having someone cut tsampa, these are misdeeds. Similarly, allowing contact with fire; causing regret; frightening; hiding items; slandering; taking food from a Bhikshuni's hand; eating without being dissuaded, these are misdeeds. "It is one's own" refers to the verbal expression of one's own speech, but commands passed from one to another, commanded by commands, etc., are gross offenses. Slandering is unfounded, and slightly slandering is also a gross offense. Having a non-relative Bhikshuni wash clothes, etc.; taking clothes from them; begging from patrons and patrons' wives; bargaining; each receiving the agreed price; searching for a bowl; having someone weave cloth; increasing the cost of weaving; robbing; lying; speaking of faults; gossiping.
