For the sake of both myself and others, accumulating robes for the sake of one or more other monks constitutes an offense. Subsequently, offenses are also incurred for acquiring any requisites through conceptualization. Similarly, it is also an offense to have things done for the sake of nuns, female trainees, novices, female novices, non-Buddhists, Brahmins, and those who have previously committed offenses, and so forth. It is also an offense to have cushions made of pure silk, pure black wool, or more than two parts for the sake of one or more other monks. It is also an offense to excessively seek alms bowls for the sake of others, to have weaving done, to increase weaving, to have needlework done, to have clothes made of cotton, and so forth. It is also an offense to accept what a nun says. The statement, 'To understand the meaning through expression,' means that the very act of speaking through expression and the understanding of others are components, because that is its result. Speaking about matters related to sexuality to someone in meditative absorption and praising universal conduct are gross offenses. Here, the scripture states, 'If one speaks to a nun who is preventing another from entering meditative absorption.' The example of 'when a nun enters meditative absorption from another' implies that the previous scripture on meditative absorption is such that it cannot be sustained by sounds, etc., and it is also reasonable for someone in meditative absorption, thus encompassing both. Similarly, making baseless accusations or slight slanders against those who are asleep, in meditative absorption, foolish, or deaf is also a gross offense. Engaging in conspicuous behavior or trading with fools and the deaf constitutes an offense. For the sake of weaving and increasing weaving, causing both central and border people to understand, speaking with reproach in other languages, even if the meaning is not understood, constitutes an offense. Sowing discord between the two, scolding fools and the deaf, similarly, teaching the Dharma to a sleeping woman, and to men who are thieves, border people, or born in other continents, those who are asleep, intoxicated, careless, or in meditative absorption.

Also, it is an offense to agree with fools, idiots, and deaf people, or to repeat superfluous words. It is also an offense to speak of bad places in a foreign language to shameless people, border people, and central people; to speak of the supreme human dharma to deaf people and idiots; to accuse shameless people, border people, and central people of having acted as friends in a foreign language; to despise beggars in the same way as fools and deaf people; to mock, ridicule, and cut off instructions. It is also an offense to show the way to nuns, to accuse them of showing the way for the sake of a little food, to make them eat what has been mixed, to make them light a fire, to cause them to regret, to hate, to make unfounded accusations, and to abandon the practice of establishing the training in a foreign language. It is also an offense to say "Oh," which is inherent in the speaker, other than killing and stealing for one's own sake, but the object of speech, which abides in speech itself, is the harm associated with speech itself, but not to the dumb, those who do not follow, who are associated with those who do not speak well, and whoever follows this is not a complete expression. It is also not the case that one who is unable to speak or walk is following. Moreover, it is a gross offense to accuse others of things other than killing and stealing for one's own sake with unfounded or slight accusations. It is an offense to engage in conspicuous conduct and trade with the dumb. It is an offense to make this request for the sake of arising, or to speak incompletely. It is an offense to speak with faults, to make divisive speech, to make distressing speech, to speak of bad places to those who instruct and recite, to speak of the supreme human dharma, to say that they have acted as friends, to despise the training, to mock, to ridicule, to cut off distribution, not to show them the way, and to accuse them of showing the way for the sake of a little wealth, to make them mix,
