So! A non-human ordained and fully ordained, and listening to disputes, also commits a transgression. A novice monk and a novice nun, as well as a hermaphrodite woman, and a woman who lives for the purpose of stealing, and a woman who first engages in sexual intercourse, and speaking for that purpose, taking from there, if licking or eating, also commits a transgression. In terms of vows and promises, it belongs to one's own side, that is to say, for men and women whose vows and views are the same, those who have promised and not promised, the full ordination that belongs to one's own side, it should be understood that it is a state in between offenses that depends on it. Just as turning away from one's own side is blameworthy, so turning away to others is not blameworthy, therefore understand it in this way from that manner. Similarly, for the nuns, everything should be understood in this way. Here, some examples are to be stated: One who has vowed gives clothes to one who has not vowed and then snatches them away, and one who has not vowed gives clothes to one who has not vowed and then snatches them away, and speaking faults to nuns and female trainees, and slandering those two, and scolding, and speaking, and speaking of the evil deeds of the Sangha, and the gains possessed by the nun Sangha, the nun does it as a friend and then slanders by saying that it has been transferred to another place, commits a transgression. Disparaging those trainings, and entering the temple residence of the nun Sangha without permission, and suppressing things afterward in the nun temple, and then expelling, and sitting there on the roots of grass, and one who has vowed preaches to the nuns who have not vowed without permission, and giving clothes, and giving two clothes, and one who has not vowed preaches to the nuns who have vowed without permission, and giving clothes, and making clothes clean, and one who has not vowed slanders by saying that he preaches for a little bit of wealth, and one who has not vowed walks with one who has not vowed and one who has vowed on the road and on the boat, and one who has vowed makes one who has not vowed and one who has vowed mix and eat, and one who has not vowed makes them mix and eat, and one who has not vowed from the house of one who has vowed.

Taking more than three bowlfuls of food, and the one who has taken vows taking more than three bowlfuls of food from the house of one who has not taken vows, these are misdeeds. Giving and taking, if it does not belong to one's own side in any way, it is as if it has not been done. The one who has not taken vows takes the food of the one who has taken vows and eats it, and the one who has taken vows eats the food of the one who has taken vows, striking a bhikkhuni and a siksamana, reviling, and imposing bad punishments on the two of them, the one who has taken vows gives intention to the one who has not taken vows and then reverses it, the one who has not taken vows causes regret and hatred to the bhikkhuni and siksamana of the one who has taken vows, and slanders, the one who has taken vows hides the belongings of the one who has not taken vows, and robs, the one who has not taken vows hides the belongings of the one who has taken vows, and robs, the one who has taken vows refuses to allow the one who has not taken vows to approach the precepts, the one who has not taken vows refuses to allow the one who has taken vows to approach, arguing with bhikkhus together with bhikkhunis, the bhikkhunis say that they will not study what is not a common teaching, these are also misdeeds. Here, the saying "for a householder, being despised merely because of having a mark" refers to the faults of the bhikshu and bhikshuni themselves, and for one who belongs here, who has the mark of a householder who has not ordained, it is an incomplete contempt. Just as here, there is contempt for the ordained of outsiders, because of the reason for the ordination of outsiders, it should be known that there is even greater contempt for householders. Groundless and slight things become minor offenses. The saying "not slandering men and women who have become householders" is done to fully obtain the meaning of entering. For non-humans, if they are not marked, speaking faults and making slanders are minor offenses. Mocking non-human householders, entering the dwellings of householders without permission, for a person, it should be known that whoever has committed a misdeed, that is without merit. Non-human
