Touching the two non-virtuous acts that cause sexual harm, and since the body that touches is a limb of both, this same transformation is called "the immediately following word." "Different from this" and "previous action" are the same as "the immediately following word." For both transformations, this is also condemned. The meaning of "also to humans and animals" is that when animals are mentioned in the context of humans, that condemnation should also be applied. Engaging with animals constitutes a minor offense. Praising such speech and one's own behavior constitutes a minor offense. For example, engaging in bodily contact, etc., with powerless non-humans is condemned, but it is not like incurring a major offense; rather, it is even more condemned. Similarly, if one is not a possessor of magical powers, then "this is not a limb of touch" means that if one relies on this, then this is not a limb of touch. Here, the discourse is that among those who subdue, the phrase "this is its order" summarizes the content here. From the perspective of speech, if one speaks to a woman transformed by magical powers, it constitutes a major offense. If one speaks to a woman not transformed by magical powers, it is said to constitute a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense. Therefore, one should first know that this condemnation is truly present for something not transformed by magical powers. Therefore, since touching one, here avoiding touch, the act of entering this Dharma is not related to relying on other things and engaging with them; this is completely understandable. For speech, etc., for something transformed by magical powers, it constitutes a major offense. For touch, it only constitutes a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense. The very thing that can be touched is not damaged, which means it is related to the body that can be relied upon. Here, experiencing the pleasure of bodily touch is primary, so this is how it is arranged. For example, if one is damaged by wounds and diseases, etc., touching the body with an incompatible limb constitutes a major offense. If touched by someone with scabies, itching, or mange, it also constitutes a major offense in the same way. If one's own body becomes like that, it constitutes a minor offense. For complete dedication,

The breasts are large. Similarly, a woman who is completely satisfied, a woman who is completely gnawed and destroyed, a woman who is completely swollen, a woman who is completely devoured, a woman who is completely reddened, a woman who is completely scattered, from impure conduct leading to defeat, up to that extent, here it is acknowledged as completely scattered. Having ability itself is the limb itself, therefore here there is no blame for the taste itself. Therefore, for complete offerings and so on, it is said to be large. Doing rubbing is also the same, referring to doing rubbing with fingers, also because the limb itself is not damaged by the act of touching, in order to follow that, the sound of 'also' is said. This also, for such limbs and so on, doing rubbing is blame itself. The amount shown by both bodies, for that itself, damage and other various changes, here it is for the meaning itself. For such an act of touching that is not completely accomplished, it is also established from such an act of touching. Nails and teeth and bones without flesh and hairs etc. are having other itself, saying that these two, indicating and doing rubbing, are various changes themselves. Nails and teeth and bones without flesh and others that have become skeletons, hairs etc. also using other limbs to touch and do rubbing etc., then in order they become large and minor offenses. These also, using other limbs, nails etc. to touch and do rubbing etc. become minor offenses and subtle minor offenses. For these, there is no complete manifestation of attachment and no damage or other various changes, therefore they become minor offenses and subtle minor offenses. Human behavior is called the name itself, saying that because this person has human behavior, therefore he is a human actor. Having life, that is called the name itself. Related to the meaning of becoming a vessel, for those who become living beings etc., thus those born in human behavior are understood as a collection. Related to that, especially in behavior, it means called complete accomplishment. Therefore, for non-humans without ability, universal behavior.
