It is to abide therein. If everything is without distinction, then? Therefore, it is said, "Being able to make others understand well," that is, that which is able to make others not confused. If it is to be grasped only by relying on it? Therefore, it is said, "Diligence in the Buddha's teachings themselves is like abandoning the eyes," that is, in every way, one should not abandon diligence in the Buddha's teachings. As for "That time, one-third of the sun is not comfortable," "that time" refers to the time when it is easy to grasp the scriptures of outsiders. That is also an uncomfortable time, that is, when the body and mind are not suitable. The body itself, endowed with splendor, is here considered comfortable, and combining it with the Buddha's teachings should be regarded as beautiful. The saying "The night is also" should also be combined with "One-third of that time is not comfortable." One should grasp the mantras that bring benefit, that is, those that eliminate harm such as poison. "Should be combined" means that all the mantras that are grasped should be combined with the mantras that are subsequently permitted. "Not doing harm" means that harmful mantras should neither be grasped nor combined. In the place of those (mantras') palms, one should recite the Three Jewels, that is, in the place where prostration occurs in those mantras, one should recite "I prostrate to the Three Jewels." "Not prostrating to other deities" refers to deities such as Vishnu. Here, the text says that there are two types of mantras: those that bring benefit and those that cause harm. Among them, those that cause harm, monks should not recite or combine. Those that bring benefit, monks should recite and combine. Thus it is said, and if, in those mantras, prostrations to other deities have been sent forth beforehand, the Blessed One would then teach: A monk should not prostrate to the deities of outsiders in this. "Not making offerings" means that in the beginning of the story, this should be done first, up to "should be accepted." Not showing respect.

The so-called "earth" refers to the gods of other heretics. If you go to the place (of the heretical gods), stand there manifestly, use the sound of cymbals to inform, recite the verses of the Vedas, and it will be helpful to them. This refers to going to the place of the heretical gods, standing there manifestly. Use the sound of cymbals to inform, and so on. After making it, practice it, and learn it, and do not place its utensils nearby, except for scabbards, needles, razors, and ink wipers. This means that the treatise here is based on the foundation of medicine, and the bhikkhu should not make it himself, nor should he teach others to make it, nor should he place the utensils for making tools nearby. As it is said, except for scabbards, etc., needles, razors, and ink wipers. The treatise here is that the bhikkhu should not place such utensils nearby. If he was a doctor before, then the utensils for knives are not included; if he was a writer before, then the ink wiper is not included; if he was a craftsman before and became a monk, then the needle and razor are not included. For people of the same kind, good treatment should be carried out with the intention of doing good, not for reward, which refers to those who practice the same Brahmachari. After taking the laxative, one should not go to other places, which means that after giving the laxative to other patients, one should stay there, which is the meaning. If such an accident occurs, one should indicate the treatment for excessive diarrhea, etc., which means that the treatise here is based on stories, so the bhikkhu should not take laxatives for reward. After taking the laxative, one should not go to other places. If such an accident occurs, one should inform before leaving. For those who practice the same Brahmachari, the work of sewing should be done in a secluded place, which refers to bhikkhus for bhikkhus, and bhikkhunis for bhikkhunis. Repairing the broken parts of the bed is also the same, and the so-called "also the same" also refers to doing it in a secluded place. The mention of the bed here is an example of other things such as bed legs, because other things such as bed legs are also similar to this. Threading is also done in a secluded place. Becoming a place respected by the Three Jewels
