Therefore, it is said, "Expelling without the owner's permission." The term "expelling" should also be applied to the following four cases. For the owner, if expelling the wife would cause harm, then expelling in this way would not cause harm, so the wife can be abandoned. Because the act of cutting off the most beneficial thing, which is separation from life, is involved, one should know that this is a serious offense. Collecting what is not allowed is a cause of downfall. Among the four downfalls caused by collecting defective things, which one would lead to downfall by collecting a confused woman? Therefore, it is said, "Confused woman," which should be added to "expelling." What is the second one? Therefore, it is said, "Pregnant woman," which should be added to "expelling." What is the third one? Therefore, it is said, "Tormented by sorrow," which should be added to "expelling." What is the fourth one? Therefore, it is said, "Talkative one," which is in reference to "expelling." Expelling a talkative one not only leads to downfall. Then, what else does it lead to? Therefore, it also leads to ordination. For a pregnant woman, the very inability to contain (the fetus) should be known as the cause of downfall for collecting what is not allowed. Here, for the ordained one, for this reason, it should be known as a minor offense. For the accomplished Sangha, the term "that" here refers to the distinction made in this downfall. One should not expel an unruly woman, this is from the Sutra of the Talkative One. In the analysis, the term "talkative one" refers to what is said as "unruly woman." In the origin story, it is also said that seeing another woman who is unruly, speaking angrily and harshly, showing her inner thoughts to others, arguing with other women, and when arguing, her hair becomes disheveled, and to intimidate the other, she makes a "che che" sound, and the other, hearing her sound, falls down, and seeing this, (someone) thinks, "Why is this woman, whose friend is so powerful and argumentative, against me?"

I will fully ordain. Therefore, by fully ordaining, until the great mother, the lord of beings, cuts her own hair, this is a harm. When the woman with the color of a lotus became a prostitute in six great cities, by having the messenger of the Dharma-giving woman fully ordained, Gautama was seized by the husband of the skinny woman, and because she ate the flesh of her son, this is crucial for her. Having heard this, when the evil friend of the fat happy woman argued, the bhikkhuni chattered. Then, many bhikkhunis said this, the evil one spoke with anger, saying, who made you fully ordained? Therefore, chattering to this evil one itself is considered reliable. Being very consistent itself becomes a powerful fault. Chattering therefore. For all who chatter, it should be known that this ritual is determined, but not for speaking with anger. For those who are fully ordained, being very powerful itself is suppression, being consistent with the Dharma of those who are not practitioners, scolding and exposing faults is called a prohibition for those who are fully ordained. It belongs to the downfall that arises from gathering the flawed. Among the four downfalls that arise from abandonment, which is the first of them? Therefore, it is said that not providing help to those who have been ordained and fully ordained. It should be known that saying "the abbess herself" refers to all situations. For those who have been ordained and are to be fully ordained, not fully protecting them through advice etc., and not providing help, will lead to a downfall. What will become the second basis for learning? Therefore, it is said that not leading those who see obstacles. If the master etc. see that it will become an obstacle, then not leading the ordained and fully ordained away from the place of obstacle, or not leading them to a place without fear, will lead to a downfall. What will become the third basis for learning? Therefore, it is said that not learning the precepts of the bhikkhunis. If the abbess herself makes them ordained and fully ordained, then those who do not learn will lead to a downfall.
