It is said that if one takes the hand as one's own, it becomes a serious violation. There are two kinds of defilement: even eating a toothpick, or even discarding the dirt on the toothpick is unclean. What is called defilement by eating is that even eating a toothpick causes defilement. What is called defilement by impurity is that even discarding impure dirt causes defilement. Here it says that being naked and wearing thin clothes are similar to defilement. What is meant by "here" refers to the act of prostration. Therefore, do not prostrate to a naked person. Do not prostrate with nakedness. Do not take nakedness as one's own. Do not take the hand as one's own from nakedness. Similarly, do not prostrate to a person wearing thin clothes. Do not prostrate with thin clothes. Do not take the hand as one's own with thin clothes. Do not take the hand as one's own from thin clothes. There are two kinds of prostration: prostrating with the five limbs, and prostrating by embracing the knees. One should not say "Sos" (བསོས་, May you be well) to someone who sneezes, except for the elderly and householders. One should say "Arogya" (ཨ་རོག་གྱ་) to a young person. What is meant by "one should prostrate to the elderly" is that a young person should prostrate to an elderly person who sneezes. What is meant by "even if one sneezes" is that even if the young person himself sneezes, he should prostrate to the elderly person. The scripture here says that if a young person sneezes, he should prostrate. One should not casually treat the Tathagata by using "one with life" and mentioning his name and clan. One should not mention his name and lineage without honorifics. However, one should mention his name and lineage with honorifics. The scripture here says that one should mention the name of the teacher with honorifics, such as calling him "Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha" and so on. What is meant by "do not do this to the elderly" is that one should not mention their name and clan without honorifics. Here it says that calling someone "Elder" and "One with life" is in accordance with the manner of using honorifics. What is meant by "here" refers to the elderly. What is meant by "it is not so for the former" refers to the Tathagata, calling the teacher "Elder" and "One with life" is not in accordance with the manner of using honorifics, that is its meaning.

With hand seals, temples should be established on a foundation that possesses coming and going. This means a foundation that is capable of going anywhere and also capable of coming. Here, the scripture is from the 'Mother Tantra': Wherever a temple is first established, that monk should first examine the foundation of the temple with hand seals, as it speaks of possessing coming and going, etc. Trees, ponds, walking paths, etc., the word 'and' should also be connected with 'possessing,' that is, the temple should be established on a foundation that possesses trees, possesses ponds, and possesses walking paths. The word 'nearby and,' means the temple should be established with a nearby area. Soft speech, soft sounds, sounds, and small drum sounds, mean the temple should be established where soft speech is little, soft sounds are small, sounds are small, and small drum sounds are small. The sound of Brahmins reciting, the speech of assembly places, and the sounds of elephants and horses, etc., are sounds. The sounds of pottery drums, etc., are drum sounds, and they should be made small. If the donor permits, then the things used for the temple can be used for this matter, meaning if the donor permits, then the things used for the temple can be used for this matter with hand seals, and there is nothing wrong with that. Here, the scripture says: If the householder permits giving, then it can be taken from that place. 'That house where it is placed should be given' means the things used with hand seals, that house where it is placed should be given, which is specifically designated. The word 'that' means the things used. 'The grains, oils, etc., needed there should be purchased in appropriate amounts' means here, the words 'there' summarize the things done with hand seals. 'The total amount of hand seals should be eaten in that way' means wherever it is appropriate, that is, it is summarized there, which is to abide. Wherever it is appropriate, that is, whoever abides in the temple and allows others to use it, that is for that temple. If there is no temple in that place, then it is for the nearby temple, and it should be connected with 'how much.' 'The gains of ghee should be enjoyed' means to act here
