If from this it shifts to another place and becomes a chaotic dispute, then, it is correct not to debate it. The act of not debating is that it has not happened, nor will it arise. If it exists, then the debate itself and the debater do not exist. Relying solely on it can accomplish the need here, and if it exists, then the natural pacification of the dispute can be accomplished. Therefore, it is said that one should not debate it. If the debater admits it, then that is the final conclusion. If the one being debated admits the downfall, then that is the final conclusion of the dispute here. If admitted, the dispute will be pacified. The speaker is one who sees the truth, or a householder who is more excellent than merit can also be taken as a standard. Everything here, the leader in seeking meaning and expressing meaning, should debate, and the debater himself should understand that greatness lies in silence, not in other things. Not only monastics, but the speaker is one who sees the truth, or a householder can also be taken as a standard. This is like the unwavering Dharma, which should be understood as an example. Among other merits, those who do not waver from the truth are also included here. Apart from those who practice the unwavering Dharma, those whose merits are more excellent than the Dharma should also be taken as a standard. These are the meanings of asking about the four great things. Here, the scriptures come from various parts. If a monk temporarily says different things to two bhikshus, or says contradictory things, or says inconsistent things, then whose words should be followed? Who possesses discipline? If both possess discipline, then whose words should be followed, the one who has heard more? If both have heard a lot, then whose words should be followed, the one who correctly restrains himself? If both correctly restrain themselves, then whose words should be followed, the one who most correctly restrains himself? If both most correctly restrain themselves, that is an impossible situation. If both most correctly restrain themselves, but different words, contradictory words, and inconsistent words arise, that is impossible, it is said. If one is with others, one should follow their words. These four great meanings, if others are nearby

One should ask others about it, and together with them understand its words. In order to know that these discovered immovable ones are without error, one should appoint him. For the undiscovered and possessing the Dharma of immovability, this is the appointment for the purpose of knowing the unknown. Here, the text is, a faithful Upasika goes to the monks and says: 'Venerables, I have seen a monk engaging in impure conduct with a woman of the Kshatriya caste and falling.' It should be allowed, and something consistent with seeking its essence should be given, or one should not be close, one should ask, and if she says that there are other sisters there, then both should be asked. If they agree, then one should make them act with the words of the faithful Upasika, and one should also give something consistent with seeking its essence. If she says: 'This person did not engage in impure conduct with a woman of the Kshatriya caste, but engaged in impure conduct with a woman of the Brahmin caste,' then the Buddha said that one should make them act with the vows of the monk. If it becomes doubt, it is not knowledge, which means that for whatever matter it becomes doubt, he does not understand that matter, because he has not generated definite knowledge. For what is said, when talking to others, seeing the drinking of pear juice at the wrong time, etc., the power and the speaker doubt whether something has happened, so for what is said, he will generate a state of separation from knowledge. Therefore, for that argument, there is no arrangement, so this matter is accomplished through meaning. Here, becoming doubt itself is an example, that is, speaking due to wavering. The change of language is confusion, etc. The change of body is fatigue, from ignorance itself. Multiple changes are fatigue, that is, seeking opportunities and staying in the argument, when someone talks, he himself becomes wavering, admitting and confirming it, it should also be known that he is not knowledge. Here, the text is, an unfaithful Upasika sees a monk drinking pear juice at the wrong time, she says to the monks:
