Regarding what is called "Should be Instructed": Here, the text refers to whether the Bhikshuni Sangha, residing in various directions, should be granted instructions and subsequent teachings during the half-moon period. The answer is: it should be given, because the Bhikshuni Sangha will not become different. Regarding what is called "It is not so in difference": It means that the Bhikshuni Sangha, with actions and wheels of Nirvana, residing in various directions and other directions, should not be instructed as before. Those who dwell differently due to the wheel of Nirvana are also the same. It is not appropriate to urge differences by belonging to other boundaries and obtaining differences. Regarding what is called "When requesting, it should be definitely combined with the agreeable difference": It means that when Bhikshunis, different and residing in various directions and other directions, request instructions, they should say: Sisters, you should be agreeable, and you should definitely combine with the agreeable. Regarding what is called "The gains of summer are owned by the Dharma speakers": It means that when the Sangha acts, the gains arising from the cause of the summer retreat are owned by the Dharma speakers, but not by the non-Dharma speakers. Regarding what is called "When the two are gathered, it is also possible to distribute without distinction and offer to the Sangha": It means that when the two parties of Dharma speakers and non-Dharma speakers are gathered, the distribution offered to the Sangha without distinction, whatever should be, is not mine, and the robes and other items offered, both of them are not, and the non-Dharma speakers do not own them either. After such distribution, it is owned by the Dharma speakers. The non-Dharma speakers do not own it. If everything is established in this way? Therefore, it is said, "In that, if it is the measure of the Sangha, then they can get it," meaning that if there are four or more Dharma speakers, then at that time it can be established that they own the gains. If they are very few, how should they be accomplished? Therefore, it is said, "If it is very few, and the other party is the same, then by whom is it offered with joy," meaning that if the Dharma speakers in that place are very few in the measure of the Sangha, and the non-Dharma speakers
