The scripture says, if a monk commits an offense and does not reside among the monks, and does not tell anyone, is this called concealment? One should not associate closely. The scripture says, if a monk commits an offense, provides shade with the monks, begs at night, but does not reside among the monks, and does not tell anyone, is this called concealment? One should not associate closely. Meaningless actions lead to offenses, referring to randomly walking around or going to other places without considering any meaning, which leads to offenses. It is also the same before the edge, referring to concealing at the edge of day and night also leads to offenses. Not abandoning the mind of concealment, that is its mind, referring to those who always practice concealment, at the edge of day and night, their mind is concealment, not only will they conceal, but in any case not abandoning, completely not giving up the mind of concealment, it should also be known that this is the mind of concealment. Here, the scripture refers to in whose presence concealment will occur, naturally abiding, and abiding within the boundaries, if not spoken, then from then on concealment will occur. Here, merely not making subsequent statements is acceptable, but leaning towards concealment itself is not acceptable. Therefore, after hearing this matter, this scripture was created. A monk who has committed a Parajika offense has no fault for uncorrected offenses, referring to as previously stated, even if it exists and is not corrected, there will be an offense, this is an exclusion to that, because it is a branch of arising, so here the precepts for it become unnecessary, therefore it should be known that there is no fault for it. Also, therefore, on the basis of sentient beings, gathering time and non-time together is called the basis of arising. This should be linked to "This is the time for the arising of committing offenses and concealment, this is not the time." Gathering arising, refers to in order to explain that the rituals of offenses are briefly gathered together, this will happen simultaneously, having the same meaning, so it should be understood. The basis of arising gathered in time and non-time.

At the time of. The basis for the collection of times and non-times is complete. Those who abide in peace and should be pleased, monks, apart from abiding in their own nature, should not consider themselves to be (mngon par smra ba, Sanskrit: abhivyāharati, Romanized Sanskrit: abhivyāharati, literal Chinese meaning: manifest speech), as well as prostrations, standing up, joining palms, and acts of reverence. The saying "Those who abide in peace and should be pleased" includes those who abide from the root, and also those who arise from the root and abide, those who should be pleased from the root, and also those who arise from the root and should be pleased. Because these two are manifest speech due to their dependence on the difference of fabrication. Therefore, it is not the case that those practitioners are not included here. The so-called "manifest speech" means saying "prostration." The so-called "manifest" is a word of speech, and the so-called "speech" is a combination of the word prostration. The so-called "prostration" includes the bending of the body. The so-called "act of reverence" includes extending the hand and other acts of offering such as welcoming. When those two should not do something, others should also do so to them in other situations. The so-called "those two" refers to those two who abide in peace and should be pleased. The so-called "when something should not be done" refers to others besides those who abide in their own nature. The so-called "should do so to them" means that for those who abide in peace and should be pleased, those occasions such as manifest speech should not be done. Those who abide in their own nature should not manifest speech or prostrate to them. One should not trample on them in any way other than walking carefully with them. One should also not sit on a seat higher than the lowest seat, meaning that since one should not be together, why bother to say that one should sit on the same seat? One should not enter a house by someone other than the nature of the following śrāmaṇera. One should not spread bedding on the same mat. One should not ordain or receive full ordination, one should not give a residence, one should not place a novice monk nearby, meaning that those who have ordained and received full ordination should not walk as limbs. The abbot should not give full ordination to them.
