It is called incomplete. The teaching says: It is called complete. This is what (the Buddha) said. This was said at the time of making it complete, but it is the same for all, so it is summarized here. Although most of it has been done, in order to eliminate the doubt that it has not been done because the work has not been completely completed. Therefore, it is said that "most of the words have been done, that is, have been done," meaning that if most of the words of the nature of the request or the nature of the statement have been said, two-thirds have been said, then when one-third is said, it is completely completed. In requests and statements, this meaning has three situations: The first is to state only one's own nature, such as "Monks and venerable ones, please listen," and so on. The second is to state what is to be done, such as "Named this," and so on. The third is that the author should be stated, such as "If the time of the Sangha has come and is permissible, please grant the Sangha," and so on. The phrase "by whom" and the phrase "first stated" here are the last part of the third part, and should be understood by following it. If most of the words have been done for all the words, is it done? For this reason, it is said, "For those who have no sequel." A word that has no sequel is one that has no sequel. If most of the last words have been done, it is done. Most of the work of requesting has been done, it is done. For the work of requesting and two, the statement of the work itself is without sequel. For the work of requesting and four, the third part of the statement of the work is without sequel. Here, the scripture comes from the Matters for Debate and so on. Regarding the demarcation, if a monk temporarily passes away, or a monk's work interrupts his life and he has passed away, should it be said that the boundary has been demarcated? Or should it be said that the boundary has not been demarcated? If the nearby person states the signs, then because most of the work has been completed, it should be said that it has been demarcated. Conversely, it should be said that it has not been demarcated. The same is said for the boundary of a nun. Because that itself applies in all cases, so here in gene

In short, that's it. If something is done again, it is also called the latter word, so here it is specifically pointed out that it is not the word below. If the individual signs are not spoken, it means it is not cut off. It means that even if it has been done in most cases, if the signs of the four directions are not spoken, then the work of cutting off the boundary has not been completed. In order to determine the boundary, it must be distinguished. Distinguishing is the work, so understand it. Completely abiding is different from abiding nearby, meaning that completely abiding means completely practicing, except for the precepts of abiding nearby, doing other work is completing it. The scripture here is what the Bhikshuni Brahmin girl said after entering: With complete abiding, is it said that the Bhikshu is expelled from the dwelling place, driven out of the dwelling place? Except for the precepts of abiding nearby, is it said that all the work has been completed? That's what it says. If it is said that through this (action) nothing is done, then for things that are not suitable, this is just an example. In order to collect it is not, therefore understand it. Therefore, as an example, for those who abide in the remaining part of the Sangha, also understand this ritual. A madman reciting is also the same, meaning that a madman reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra is also considered completed. The scripture here is, if a madman recites the Pratimoksha Sutra, is it said that the Pratimoksha Sutra is recited? Is it said that the teaching is recited? Is it said that the Uposatha is done? Is it said that the teaching is done? That's what it says. Here the madman is just an example, if it is determined, then all those who naturally fall are included, because they remember the meaning. Following the creation of division is similar to supplication, meaning that just as doing the work of supplication for certain reasons is not suitable, similarly, for following the combination of the Sangha's division with those reasons, it must also be understood through those reasons. If the measuring stick is accepted here, and this sutra is made for the nature of mixing, then it is for supplication to others. The scripture here is, if the request is to be removed from the position, and the Sangha is not divided by nine (methods).
