The saying "good" by another person means that after the person who prayed says "it is a method," another person who prays says "good," meaning that what is said as "it is a method" is good, which means "it is a method." For those who have or have not separated from desire, hatred, ignorance, and fear, being able to remember and be happy to do so is called "delegation." Such actions are called "he," meaning done with joy, not without joy. What is done should be called "abiding," meaning fully abiding in the action, because it is not the doer, so this done should be understood. For example, after the Sangha tolerates and allows, naming the Sangha, this is to show the basis of establishment to the suitable Bhikshu, which is giving. When nothing is said like this, it is accepted as it is, and so on. Prayer is merely for being understood. Because there is no doer here, it is not a fault for prayer and the four actions. Cutting off the boundary should be understood as the same as cutting off. Here, cutting off the boundary means that without suppressing the boundary, when the Sangha abides, cutting off the boundary will not be established. Similarly, what has been cut off will not be established either. Like this, the person who wants to cut off the boundary, in that direction and the direction close to that side where the Sangha part abides, will also not be cut off. By the one who gathers striking the ghanta, and by saying logical words in response to questions to gather, it should be understood as those things that should be gathered. It means that the person who gathers the Sangha strikes the ghanta, and for the question of "why strike," saying words similar to words that do not deviate from reason. The gatherer

One should strike the ghanta and so forth. The saying, "For everything, one should appoint the elders," means that it is reasonable to appoint elders for the vicinity of trees, grassy areas, the foundation of monasteries, and all places of residence. The saying, "For what should be taken, desire is supreme," refers to what should be collected, tamed, worshiped, and advanced, or for other similar things, one should not have discriminating thoughts. How can one discriminate solely by seniority there? For things like dwellings that should be taken, one should discriminate with desire as the supreme standard, not discriminating based on the thing itself. If the taker is an elder and desires it, then whatever is bad should be given to him because it is supreme; what is obtained that is good is not necessarily supreme. Here, the meaning is that for great things that need care, because the elders have become old and do not desire them, one should not give them to them unwillingly, but the young should take them. This is a general explanation of activities. "Arising from command, uncorrected, one should not experience the results of actions," means that what arises from command, what has not been done, is merely one of the four remaining offenses of the sangha, and the nature of the offense of not abandoning views, arising from command, uncorrected, one should not experience the results of actions; if one experiences it, one commits a misdeed. If those who know that it is an offense, uncorrected, still experience the results of actions together with that person, then it should be known that they also commit a misdeed. The saying, "Becoming something different from the sangha," refers to things that have become offenses in this way, and doing evil deeds of the body; for those who have become something else, it is called belonging to something else, which is known through understanding misdeeds. The saying, "Except for the posadha and the pravāraṇā," means that in those two cases, experiencing the results of actions does not lead to committing a misdeed. For what is done for the sangha, one should not mix it with the objects of the limbs. What is done for one's own benefit should not be abandoned by the sangha. For the benefit of a bhikshu, if the basis is abandoned, it should be known that this itself is a fault. Here, the meaning is that in the differentiation, of a bhikshu...
