因煮沸而疲惫后，世尊开示说：应烧铁环，并用铁箍固定。此乃此经所集。对于如此情况的疑虑，以及适合的比丘所持之物，并无不妥之处。因此，比丘也应知晓可以持有。为了烧制固定，故于其上加铁箍，所谓“于其上”是指于铁环之上。从热时起，以湿润按压，所谓“按压”是指按压铁箍。烧制后，无食物与污秽之处，所谓烧制铁环后，其上无食物与污秽之处。因此，为了使铁器之间可用，努力是无意义的。因此，对其说此：可用者先加热，享用者后用，此二者是为了清洁而做。应依腹股沟的治疗，所谓应与名为病者之事结合。此处经文出自零散之部，说有应舍弃等等。若能被他人所救，则对此为重罪，所谓若能以其他药物之方法，从此病中被救，则依腹股沟治疗，此罪过将变得严重。此处经文出自母经：若以其他药物得救，比丘不应进行腹股沟手术。若进行，则罪过严重。若不能得救，则可进行。如是说。对此，铜或白铜的管子是好的，铁的则不行，所谓对此是指对此腹股沟治疗。以刀治疗也与之相同，所谓

In order to burn and fix it, an iron hoop is added to it, and the so-called "on it" refers to the iron ring. From the time of heat, press it with moisture, and the so-called "press" refers to pressing the iron hoop. After burning, there is no place for food and filth, and the so-called burning of the iron ring means that there is no place for food and filth on it. Therefore, the unified practice is to perform surgery on the face with a knife and to cut off hemorrhoids; both of these require special attention.
